Compliance and/or penalties will be tied to, and in most cases automatically covered by, employment.

In addition, if you have no job, you have no income and thus no penalty.

I’m thinking the only way for most people to not comply would be to begin a sort of “strike” in which no one works or earns money.

The worst day of my life was the day I had to tell my two young children their father was going to die. The second worst day was Nov. 7, 2009 when HR 3962 was passed in the House. I never thought I would see the day when my beloved America would sink into socialism, our freedoms and liberties gone down the toilet. We now need to gear up for the Battle in the Senate. Every conservative needs to put on their battle gear, and make sure this debacle does not pass.

Cuz, it’s not about Healthcare, it’s about control.

Not only will the governments attempt to “reform” healthcare be a disaster for the healthcare industry – it will be a financial boondoggle to an economy already on life-support. Forget about political suicide….
This will be like asking the America that was founded in 1776 to take the blue pill and commit suicide….All of America – not just a few expendable politicians.
