my husband likes to go out and work in the yard and pull weeds when stressed. I guess Obama has WH gardeners for that.

the golf course. You know, all of those heavy decisions regarding Afghanistan, the economy, health care, etc. Plus, he has had to travel as an advocate for his Chicago, and the speeches given on the world stage apologizing for the “evil, selfish” nation he represents…Well, the man needs the downtime to recover from such a burden.

If I start to think about the costs of his WH parties, his jaunts across the nation, date night in NYC and the menu at the WH, the disbelief builds about the kind of man this nation elected. The MSM destroyed GWB if he took a trip home to his ranch for a working vacation.

It’s a wonder he didn’t make a golf joke before addressing the nation about the tragedy at Ft. Hood. He certainly found something to joke about that day in front of the cameras.

Of course, my husband, who is reading this over my shoulder, is cracking up.

Even if Obama used 7 times the number of golf balls, he would still be devoting more time per golf ball.

…very, very few people will use only one golf ball per round of golf. Even the pros will use at least five or six. Given POTUS’ golf handicap, and the difficulty of the courses he plays, I suspect he uses at least that many.

However, your broader point is very well taken.
