in Florida and Connecticut that are reducing the amount of patients down to a manageable level and taking a fee for service approach. One doctor in Ct has reduced his patient list from 1900 to 400 and contracts with reasonable people to provide them all year with health care services at a fixed rate. Which covers doctor visits and a yearly physical. Just one thing the trial lawyers. Maybe a upfront contract between the doctor and patient not to sue without flagrant incompetence could ward off the need for such heavy insurance coverage.

and the idea of doctors forming their own clinics, with a pay as you go plan, would be terrific. Since HSA's are government controlled, and you are limited to the amount you can contribute, just open a regular savings account, earmarked only for health expenses. If I am not mistaken, Obamacare kills HSA's anyway.

I think your idea has merit, but, there is no way the Communists will tolerate this. They will find a way to kill it.

Lets hope there is a silver lining. This recent legislation should still be repealed. What was done here was a travesty. The government has to know its place in a free society. By the way I would like to say thanks to all the free market capitalist CEO's that jumped on board this train wreak that will reduce freedom in the very country that made these companies great.
