I’m pretty moderate in my views and agree with Charles Johnson on a number of his issues (creationism, etc.) but I find the site almost unreadable now. He seems so angry and self-absorbed. Is there a sudden-onset mental disorder that makes you think and act like a 15 year old girl?

He’s picked a few white whales, some of them deserving of ridicule but not important enough for most people to care, and hammers them constantly. He’s also terrible at taking criticism and bans people simple for posting facts which contradict him.

I wish conservative bloggers would just ignore him and never link him, ever.

The place is hostile. I would go there just for nostalgia but I would find myself saying “Uggghhh” and clicking off.
I don’t even recognize that place anymore.

the genral feeling in the blogoshpere is that LGF has majorly shifted it’s perspecitive. After 9/11, Charles was aligned with the fight against terrorism. Now, his anti-creationist views and his labelling of everyone as a Nazi have definately turned me off. That site is dead to me.
