The Center for Immigration Studies masquerades as a respectable conservative group, but once in a while the mask slips. We caught them again his week!

On Sunday, CIS sent out an email with an donation pitch, called “Immigration Opinions.” Right below that they put a bit of cop-out verbiage, like so:

This email includes a wide range of views, provided for educational purposes. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement by the Center for Immigration Studies.

The sites and authors they link are mostly from one side though. National Review, their own blog, Front Page Mag, Conservative Review, RightSideNews, ImmigrationReform.com, Howie Carr, Norman Matloff. Among all these favorable sites, in a list of articles overwhelmingly on their side, right after an article entitled “Mass Immigration = Housing Crisis,” they slipped in a link to Jesse Mossman at VDARE.

Here’s the article, and here are some choice quotes:

Why do Indians vote this way? In an interesting analysis, Jayant Bhandari writes that “India is an extremely irrational, superstitious, and tribal country…India was long associated with Britain and has imported western institutions, ways of living, technology, etc., over the last 200-300 years, but has failed to import the concept of reason.”

….But if Indians aren’t the right choice for merit-based immigration, then who—Chinese? A Chinese friend of mine who recently visited Taiwan told me that Taiwanese are increasingly siding with Mainland China because they want to be on the side of a country growing in wealth and power. This person said trying to talk to them about human rights, freedom, and democracy was like talking to monkeys.

They’re not people. They’re monkeys. And who is Jesse Mossman? He’s apparently only written one article, ever. This one. He’s only been published at unz.com and vdare.com.

Vdare, who took in John Derbyshire after he came out saying you just can’t trust black people, and is still publishing his objectification of black people. Because he’s not even hiding it anymore, he’s a self-proclaimed “race realist“.

Unz.com which uh, is openly publishing anti-Semitic rhetoric, claiming it’s “Probably true” that “Jews have too much power in the business world,” “Jews are more loyal to Israel than the countries they live in,” “Jews still talk too much about what happened to them in the Holocaust,” “Jews have too much control over the United States government,” and “Jews think they are better than other people.”. Also note the “Jews have too much control over the global media” bit, complete with anti-Semitic cartoon.

So which site was CIS reading to get this article by this completely unknown writer? The racist Vdare, or the anti-Semitic Unz.com? Which site does CIS use to inform its donors? How the heck do you ever slip a site like that among sites like National Review, Conservative Review, and The Guardian?
