I had a password reset issue tryong to login, but after that, it’s fine. I like the WordPress blog software. We can start diaries and save them as works in progress until we get them all the way finished.

I saw a “Preivew text” (or was it Promote) box… is that now the Upper (before fold) portion and the Main text area the Below/beyond (Read More fold) portion????

I kinda kept my Diary shorter… I hate Diaries that take up too much space if/when on the Front Page with no Fold (Read More)…

once you get to that link the same thing happens to the links within that diary…..I think this has to do with the DNS resolution…changing it from www.redstate.com /whatever to http://wordpress.redstate.com/whatever.

When I clicked on them they went to page not found and went to this address:

but if you replace “wordpress”with “archive” it works.

It would be nice though to have it just linked up on the top bar of RedState that way if I ever lose my bookmark I won’t have to find a comment from you in order to get back to it..not that I don’t love reading your comments….;^)

it needs updating for RS 4. Specifically, I need to take out the references to Markdown. There’s probably a couple other things, like how to change your password from the bizarro one that the site assigns.

With us going back to html formatting in the comments can we get the post from the 2.0 archive on the unofficial guide to RedState put as a link in the header.

Also I don’t even think it got ported over and the link to the 2.0 archive is non worky now.

This would be really helpful. Thanks. And as usual great job on everything…speed and functionality all at the same time…wonderful!!!

Can you add an option to mark comments as read with this and minimize the comments you’ve checked as read so you don’t have to continuously scroll comments you’ve already read to fin new ones?

This site might help. Go down to links, Img etc, and click on the one you want. Click on the 'try it yourself' button, it will give you a window to experiment with.

I’m assuming if you type the identical comment in more than on post…you will get the “you’ve already said this error. which likely isn’t a big deal…

maybe you could plug in an exception in the rule for NT, nt, or any other varient of NT since that is such an accepted practice at RS?
