10 Ways Conservatives Can Fight Back

Are you fed up with political correctness? Tired of the way our language is being redefined? Angry at stupid proposals, never ending crisis’ and corrupt politicians? Offended by the patronizing elites? If so, its time to start fighting back.

Don’t underestimate the power of example. By employing these ten easy steps, one person can make a difference:
1. Support capitalism – (no-one else is). Say often and loudly:

Profit is not a dirty word.
Crony capitalism is bad. Free market capitalism is good.
2. Banish the word ‘stimulus’ from your vocabulary. The correct word is government spending.
3. Stop tolerating lies and liars. A lie is a lie, not a misstatement. Lies are bad and liars are not trustworthy. Even if they’re media darlings.
4. Do not rely on the government for ANYTHING. Remember what Reagan said: “Government is the problem, not the solution.” Spread the word.
5. Never, ever again lower your voice when you mention race, blacks, Negroes or whatever the PC word for African-Americans is.
5a: Stop using hyphens when referring to Americans.
6. Cancel your subscriptions to all liberal media and stop watching NBC, CBS, ABC, etc. They have lost all credibility and don’t deserve your support.
6a. Start getting your news from trustworthy sources. I recommend the news site I edit,
RightBias.com , because its trustworthy and we want to make a profit.

7. Start being judgmental. Its called ‘having an opinion’.
8. Quit stifling your opinion when surrounded by lock-step liberals.
Your opinion is just as valid as anyone’s, despite what the elites may think. The PC idiots can only censor you if you let them. You never agreed to or voted for the current politically correct rules and you are not obliged to follow them.
9. Ignore the ‘experts’. Remember, just because everyone says something is so, doesn’t make it so. By not challenging ‘expert opinion’, you enable it. Keep in mind that most of our current ‘experts’ are educated way beyond their intelligence.
9a. Employ the ‘experts’ test: Just ask yourself, who benefits? Chances are good its not you. If     that doesn’t work, just follow the money.
10. Most importantly, say 5 times a day: ‘Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me’.

Stifling dissent by labeling the dissenter a racist, homophobe, meanspirited, etc. is one of the left’s most effective tactics. If anyone tries to discredit you  by using these labels, immediately recognize that they’re group-think, useful idiots whose opinions are formed by others. Act accordingly.

If you follow these ten steps, others will follow. Before you know it, you’ll soon be able to say God Bless America without fear of censure or embarrassment. You’ll be able, once again, to take pride in merit, success, true achievement, God and country instead of being forced to worship at the alter of political correctness, diversity, multiculturalism and equality of outcome.

Who knows, you might even cause a liberal to think twice. That would be real change.

I appreciate the chance to review and continue to incorporate them into my life.

Leftists hate dissent. HATE it. We have an obligation to provide what they despise.

Yes, they hate dissent, especially when it's delivered with a smile.

Be as nice as you possibly can when you explain to them how they’re wrong. Oppose every assinine left idea they spout, but do it in a soft voice and a caring tone….

“Dear child, yes it would be nice to go to candy mountain, but there really isn’t one. You see mountains are made of rocks and earth.”

You really have to be nice when you dash their hair brained ideas against the rocks.

Trouble is, most Lefties are so illiterate of their own Leftie heritage that perfectly good Woody Guthrie allusions are lost on them.

Sing along with the Big Rock Candy Mountain

Big Rock Candy Mountain

One evening as the sun went down and the jungle fire was burning
Down the track came a hobo hiking and he said boys I’m not turning
I’m headin for a land that’s far away beside the crystal fountains
So come with me we’ll go and see the Big Rock Candy Mountains

In the Big Rock Candy Mountains there’s a land that’s fair and bright
Where the handouts grow on bushes and you sleep out every night
Where the boxcars are all empty and the sun shines every day
On the birds and the bees and the cigarette trees
Where the lemonade springs where the bluebird sings
In the Big Rock Candy Mountains

In the Big Rock Candy Mountains all the cops have wooden legs
And the bulldogs all have rubber teeth and the hens lay soft boiled eggs
The farmer’s trees are full of fruit and the barns are full of hay
Oh, I’m bound to go where there ain’t no snow
Where the rain don’t fall and the wind don’t blow
In the Big Rock Candy Mountains

In the Big Rock Candy Mountains you never change your socks
And the little streams of alcohol come a-trickling down the rocks
The brakemen have to tip their hats and the railroad bulls are blind
There’s a lake of stew and of whiskey too
You can paddle all around ‘em in a big canoe
In the Big Rock Candy Mountains

In the Big Rock Candy Mountains the jails are made of tin
And you can walk right out again as soon as you are in
There ain’t no short handled shovels, no axes saws or picks
I’m a goin to stay where you sleep all day
Where they hung the jerk that invented work
In the Big Rock Candy Mountains

I’ll see you all this coming fall in the Big Rock Candy Mountains

GC, How will media handle war now?

GregInFla (Diary) Sunday, January 25th at 7:08PM EST (link)

Excellent advice, Nancy! I’ll pass this on to friends.

But as to the war, is the media still reporting their “death counts”? I have not noticed. I bet they stop, or restart them as of Jan 21.

What do you mean by.....

J. Leg (Diary) Tuesday, January 27th at 2:44PM EST (link)

>>5. Never, ever again lower your voice when you mention race, blacks, Negroes or whatever the PC word for African-Americans is.>>

I essentially agree with you, I think. You’re talking about real problems the PC police try and hide from the mainstream American public right? The fact that there is proportionately more black on white crime than white on black crime, that black on black crime is the highest of all crime rates, black education is atrocious, black incarciations are high, welfare rates for blacks are outrageous, etc. etc. In the name of finding a solution, right?

I wouldn’t call a black American a negro, because I think i’s a prejoritive phrase and frankly, it’s rude. And if a black American asked me to call them an African-American, I’d respect that.

If your point is, though, that PC America tries to hide important facts in solving problems in the black, hispanic, asian, hell, white communities of America then absolutely, yes I agree.

But great article!

Similar To My List, But With One Difference

farstar99 (Diary) Wednesday, January 28th at 11:57AM EST (link)

I came up with a similar list back in April when I saw that Obama would win, but I have a slightly different take on Number 1. Yes, we should support the system of capitalism and preach its tenets to the rafters. After all, it’s the only system that works.

But we don’t live under that system anymore. We are living in a fascist-controlled, socialist state. It’s time to admit that to ourselves. We live in the phony capitalism of modern Communist China, the people who bankrolled Fuehrer Obama through intermediaries.

So the way to protest is to opt-out.
Stop buying anything you don’t absolutely need.
Stop feeding the regime already!
Obama’s taking your money as it is.
So WHY are you GIVING it to him?
Why are you supporting Hollywood and the networks?
If you put it willingly into the economy, you are helping him.

I'm reducing my withholding to the max

GregInFla (Diary) Thursday, January 29th at 1:21AM EST (link)

I will to be proud to have to pay taxes instead of a refund. Why give the govt more money for more time than I have to. If anyone gets a tax refund, they should (safely) increase the number of allowances on their W-4 and file a new one with their employer. Now, Bidedn may call that un-patriotic. But I’ll go with Hillary’s definition of patriotism: dissent.

I'd like to get Hillary and Biden into a room

CarlSchurz (Diary) Thursday, January 29th at 1:23AM EST (link)

And Ask them which is more patriotic: Paying Taxes or Dissenting from Democrats.

I know the Answer. When the Conservatives are in charge, dissent is a Duty! But when Comrade Democrats are in charge there is no Dissent!

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse. A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Hillary and Biden.. who is respected more?

GregInFla (Diary) Thursday, January 29th at 1:27AM EST (link)

In the Obama adminstration, I wonder whose opinion is requested more. Hillary is SecState, but the media told us that Biden’s specialty is foreign affairs (and I don’t mean romantic trysts out of the country).

“Cancel your subscriptions to all liberal media and stop watching NBC, CBS, ABC, etc. ”

I haven’t figured out why this isn’t happening faster, unless the NYT is just essential becasue of its advertising content. But maybe there already are very few conservative readers and viewers of these media.
