Any time I go a protest, a rally, a GOP meeting, etc., I’ve got them with me. While recruiting PCs back on April 15, 2009, at the AZ state capitol, an Arizona Repugnant (Republic) reporter interviewed me at length but foolishly didn’t ask for my name at the start (I had my PC recruitment sign and was handing out my flyer). At the end, when he asked for my name, I politely refused. A guy standing next to me, who had been listening, volunteered to give his name and be interviewed. So, I whipped out my FlipVideo and started unobtrusively filming, but making sure the reporter SAW I was filming. I checked the Repugnant the next day, and that guy’s interview made it into the story — accurately.

Was it accurate because I filmed the guy? I’ll never know, but I know this reporter knew that I might have taken the entire video to the net to compare it to what he wrote.

Get a digital video camera.

Did you see the fat congressman on TV saying he didn’t care what the constitution said? It is moments like that which make all the time and energy worth it.

Remember, they are public figures. They go out in public to eat, drink, party, pick up groceries or try to meet with donors, etc, you can photograph them, ask them questions, ask who they are with, get their faces, their cars etc. Post them, share them, let Redstate know.

As long as you are respectful and peaceful. It will be like the endless dripping of water on their foreheads. I’m telling you they will go blind with anxiety! They’ll see things that aren’t there, refuse to have conversations because they fear being recorded. It will certainly cut down on their ability to earn donor money if the donor fears being exposed.

But remember, as much as this should work, it may not work as well as you think. Most of these politicians know they are done for in November and may act like that Japanese soldier stuck on a Pacific island. They will do as much damage as they can before they are removed. It is the ones that aren’t used to the attention and are secure in their districts that will flip. Being held accountable? It is a foreign concept to them.

Again there may be a time when you have to step it up a notch to civil disobedience. If so, take a lesson from the Cubans in Tampa who have worked out one heck of a good system for all sides, especially for the poor policemen who are summoned to “break it up.”

Just an idea.

I realize that unless charges are pressed (and they’re not going to be), this will never happen BUT: If you watch the video, you see a Capitol police officer or other security officer walking behind Cleaver. (I’m assuming this is the officer who detained the so-called spitter.) The cops have the man’s identity. If this incident went to trial, we’d have a DNA sample from the so-called spitter and and forensic analysis of Cleaver’s suit for the so-called spitter’s saliva/DNA. We could resolve this issue one way or the other. But life never works out like an episode of Forensic Files.

“Get a camera” is fine, but consider:

If Republicans need to carry a camera every time they act, to prevent outright lies from being spread,

and if Democrats don’t likewise need to -

why would any sane Republican consent to remain involved in this system?

There is no sense — NONE — to Republicans consenting to exist in the same nation with these felonious, vicious liars. Would you play touch football with guys you knew were going to try to break your bones every chance they got? Would you play poker with somebody you knew was going to try to cheat?

We should start a new, separate nation. Time for partition, friends. Winning the next election will not help solve this.

I had the displeasure of residing in Kansas City, Missouri when Cleaver was mayor for far too long. He was an idiot and a liar then and we see nothing has changed with the passing of time. His original calling or scam in life before he slithered into politics was religion. That’s right; cut right out of the Jesse Jackson-Al Sharpton “Con-Artist” mode Cleaver was a minister before he ran as mayor in Kansas City. Why on earth anyone imagines that many if any, ministers would necessarily be good choices to be in elected public office is a profound mystery to me. I’m sure like all dillusional “CINAs” (Christians in Name Only) and pseudo-Christians, he can likely ramble ad nauseum as to the merits and legitimacy of entering politics and his many glorious accomplishments. And of course he could never be accused of being yet another mentally disoriented, “Liberal.” No, no, no; he is doings God’s work. The question is; what or which god?

So, it should be no surprise that he lied about being spit on and called an insulting name. As it goes with liberals; if you don’t have a persecution from which to fight back, hey just make one up to make yourself feel better about being a liar and a jackass!
