I think I read somewhere that Judd Gregg will not be continuing his career after this term. It is unfortunate-man’s got a backbone. Even tho I am from MO, I email him and thank him on occasion.

Gregg was magnificent, and I was afraid everybody had missed it.

Did you catch it when Orzag said, and Gregg later confirmed he believed him, that “they” would get the law changed that Gregg was referring to? Excuse me, who makes and changes laws? Don’t think it’s the WH!

John Kasich advised this strategy last night on Kudlow’s show. I think the timing is exactly right.

Kasich also pointed out that they were successful creating surpluses in the 90′s by cutting taxes AND cutting spending simultaneously. Why are there no Republicans out there reminding people that we had a Republican Congress during the 90′s when the Dems want to brag about surpluses?

Also, while I agree the deficit Obama inherited was too high, what was it in 2006 when The Democrat party retook Congress? I believe it was less than 20% what it is today.

Until Obama figures out that the Democrat Congress is his real problem he has no chance of success.
