Zip code 37738, from Gatlinburg TN is listed as being in Virginia and receiving 1.158 million. Zip code 02190, from South Weymouth MA is also listed as part of Virginia and receiving 1.071 million. Virginia has 11 congressional districts. It has had 11 since the late 1800's. Yet Recovery.gov lists the following districts which don't exist with cash received and jobs created: - 12th, 5 jobs created - 00th, 2.5 jobs created - 36th, 10 jobs created - 26th, 5.6 jobs created - 79th, 7 jobs created - 13th, 3 jobs created - 21st, 1 job created. Recovery.gov also lists the following fake districts as part of Virginia and receiving cash with no jobs created: - 17th - 51st - 98th - 25th - 29th. It would be wonderful if Virginia has 98 very red districts, but we only have 11. We've had 11 for more than 100 years. But, the maps I've seen only have four (districts 1, 2 3 and 4 represented by congressional seats) delineated. Depending on the source, Kansas should have 8 districts and four congressional seats. Maybe the Obama Administration is already factoring in redistricting? *chuckle* (grew up in Kansas, but reside in South Florida) has 14 districts ranging from 1 to 99.
