- Watching quite a lot of administration pushback on the socialism thing get casually subverted by some guy in China trying to sell some T-shirts.
- The Chinese kicking off a visit that’s supposed to be about mutual cultural outreach by banning the T-shirt in question.

What I expect to happen is a weakening of U.S./Japanese ties in deference to communist China which has an eye on expansion, not only of economic power but overall empire reach.
I could be wrong but it would be just like Obama to sell out the Japanese catering to yet another totalitarian government.

I think that was supposed to be “pacifist” US President, not ‘Pacific’……. Pacifist at lest when it comes to international items.
