Harmer is the fiscal conservative, the Dem, obviously, is not. I was walking precincts today (first time since high school) and found that lots of folks just didn't know about this election. If you know any conservatives in Contra Costa, Alameda or Solano counties in California, please call them and let them know how important this is.
