It’s obvious this was taken before Jake Tapper laid into Robert Gibbs about the enemies list and Foxnews. The Office of Propaganda headed by Anita Dunno would surely have filed a restraining order against ABC for franchise infringement. God knows, they hadn’t vetted that photo.
