I am back from the DC school choice rally.

The one that was partially sponsored by DC Parents for School Choice.

The short version?

There were some very polite and very unhappy parents out there, and while I am not really good at counting crowds, there were a lot of people who wish to know why Congress has decided to gut this program. I have video interviews: I’ll be adding them once I can get Vista to admit that my camcorder exists.

My Mac had a problem, and Apple honored their warranty above and beyond what I normally would expect. That and it always notices when I plug a camcorder, camera, printer, ect into it.

Plus its all shiny!

Come to think of it paying close to double the price for the thing does make you ponder a few seconds longer before throwing it across the room after reading a stupid post….

Did I mention it was shiny? With Buttons!

I walked past this crowd wondering what was going on there on my way to the Reagan building this afternoon. It looked to be about as large as the bike to work day events they also hold in that plaza. Well-attended I’d say.
