When the Republicans have an ethical lapse the media reports something like “We have never seen anything like this”

When the Democrats actually have ethical lapses on a scale not seen before the media always include a “just like the Republicans clause” every single time.

1) Never tell the complete truth – they can never answer a question yes or no.
2) Always promise protection – through welfare and giveaways.
3) Ask for payback – through campaign contributions, lobbying from their family.
4) Want all business to be run through them – nationalizing health care, banks…

Sounds like the mafia to me. I’ve probably missed other examples.

will remember that the same promises were made by Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Nancy Pelosi when they came to power. They will also remember just how quickly they were broken and the rampant criminality of the Democratic machine was exposed – even with the lapdog press torn between a wonder ful story and preserving the power of those they adored.

Unfortunately, recent history would lead one to believe that the D after the name is as likely to stand for “dishonest’ as ‘Democrat.’
