The MSM would have you believe that Blogo is impeached for only selling the anointed one’s seat, while that seems to be just a piece of the laundry list.

He fired a warning shot in his press conference today mentioning Rahm Emmanuel by name. There are many names to come out in a public proceeding. This process is much harder to do behind closed doors than the Clinton joke trial, due to Illinois rules.

Personally I abhor Blogos morals and politics, but he may have a future in entertainment, I am enjoying watching him make the snakes in the pit squirm.

However, accordiing to the ruling of the IL Supremes, there is another way to get that state seal on the guv’s appointment, just to make Harry happy.

And we all want Harry happy, yes?

So, we can all request a copy of the appointment from the IL SecState and he must provide it. We can then forward all those copies, with the state seal, to Harry.

“There is one final point we feel constrained to mention. While the Secretary of State has no duty under Illinois law to sign and affix the state seal to the certificate of appointment issued by the Governor, he does have a duty under section 5(4) of the Secretary of State Act (15 ILCS 305/5(4) (West 2006)) ‘to give any person requiring the same paying the lawful fees therefor, a copy of any law, act, resolution, record or paper in his office, and attach thereto his certificate, under the seal of the state.’

“The registration of the appointment of Mr. Burris made by the Secretary of State is a “record or paper” within the meaning of this statute. A copy of it is available from the Secretary of State to anyone who requests it. For payment of the normal fee charged by the Secretary of State in accordance with this statute, Petitioners could obtain a certified copy bearing the state’s seal. Because such relief is possible, no order by this court is necessary or appropriate.”

Burris seems to be in a bit of hot water also- He donated 15 grand to Blago’s campaign, in exchange got 300 grand to find some minority contractors to work on the infrastructure project.

And, if he’s going down, he’s trying to take Emmanuel with him with his statement on the presser a little bit ago. Rhambo gave him some kind of advice on pharmasecutical purchases, but he made sure he got his name out there.

Holy crap, this gets better every day. I hope it doesn’t end until it gets all the way up to Nobama.

If this guy really is The Wizard of Oz, with favors and chits out with everyone, it seems no one is paying up. So why not dig in his heels and make all the ungrateful sum******es as uncomfy as possible as long as possible?
