That’s good, but the reallity is she broke the law and if she was not a democrat in a democrat controlled state she would be in jail. She and those other two clowns should see the bars from the inside, but they won’t. They will probably draw large checks for years to come.
I hope Joe sues the pants off the state of Ohio and each of those people. Too bad he could not sue the DNC as well

She should have been fired, and well before now; possibly even before the election.

And mbecker908 is right, what is even more disconcerting is that Republicans aren’t highlighting this issue, or Rahm’s failure to come clean about the corruption in Illinois, or Holder’s activity in the Clinton pardon fiasco. If they want to pose as the party of clean, they need to walk the walk. They can’t of course, which is why Republicans interested in regaining power in Congress should be harping on these issues. You’ll note I’m not even asking them to do it for the good of the Republic because I’ve gotten to cynical to expect that.

Does anyone believe that this violation of privacy was motivated by idle curiosity. There can have been only one purpose and that is to destroy or at least blackmail a private citizen for his innocent question to a presidential candidate resulting in a brief national embarrassment.

In addition to the criminal act there was a conspiracy in the act and the attempt to cover it up. I thought that was obstruction of justice. Why are there no criminal charges against these people?

I’m so glad to read this. I work in law enforcement and the right to access information about people involves a need to to know, cops, dispatchers and other employees are fired all the time for violating the “need to know” for personal or frivolous reasons. When I read that these people did this to a private citizen simply because he made “the one” look bad and theyhad a political ax to grind, I was appalled. It would have been truly a scary situation if they were allowed to keep their jobs after such a violation of the public trust. Of course now if “the one” gives them jobs, we’re all in trouble.
