I especially love the lament… “and paint over it.” ROFL… isn’t that what a Graffiti artist would do on his/her own?!?! Government at its finest, what you and I can do in ten minutes after a trip to Home Depot and about $20 will be a $2,500 (minimum) boondoggle.

Frankly, I think this gives us new emphasis on building the Border Fence AS A WALL… It’s for the Graffiti artists!!! lol

When the “Artists” do use it… I hope people go out and white-wash it over every time… You know, just to help give ‘em a fresh canvas.

Don’t tell them they have a free press.

Someone will sue the papers because they have to pay a shilling or two for it, according to this logic.

If they need more voters,
then they have to make more of who they are for.
