Imagine what she’d be like as an attacker.
I could have discussed her actual argument, but it’s more fun to post this video from the Salon article itself. Partially because it demonstrates a disaster for her candidate for completely different reasons than the one she made, but mostly because I’m pretty sure that Obama picks his nose halfway through it.
Well, when the Democratic Party decides to nominate a serious candidate, maybe I’ll take him or her seriously. Until then, you get what you give.

PS: Actually, the last three pages of that essay effectively illustrate my point.

It was just an itch
jimmuy8 (Diary) Thursday, August 14th at 7:24PM EST (link)He wasn’t picking his nose, he was itching it.
I like how the crowd cheers when he says “We could save, like, 3 or 4 percent.”
(–ooooooh, that’s, like, a whole big bunch, right?)
Kinda like like the cheer after “We raped the horses and rode off on the women” without the “wait, a minute” afterward.
Let's not start a Nose pick thread...Drill here..Drill now
speciallist (Diary) Thursday, August 14th at 7:47PM EST (link)You're right, it was "actually, probably" an itch.
blooch Thursday, August 14th at 10:40PM EST (link)Must’ve knocked something loose though, because he flicks at his nose again a moment later.
Watch the dude with the Hilton Head muscle shirt. He wants to drool here, drool now. When Obama takes a long look off to his left, the guy looks over there like he’s missing something. Then when Obama says Republicans “take pride in being ignorant” and looks back over his shoulder, Hilton Head looks stricken, like the prof just called on him in class: “OMG, is he talking to me?”
And what is that on Hilton Head’s head? Sunglasses? Backwards cap? Kufi hat?Baby Lemur? Some combination of the above? He’s lucky he’s not in a Letterman audience. Dave would zoom in and pick him off quick.
“Lieutenant Dike wasn’t a bad leader because he made bad decisions. He was a bad leader because he made no decisions.”
I'm telling you...
itrytobenice (Diary) Thursday, August 14th at 11:59PM EST (link)The Britney/Paris ad stung. I mean really stung. It’s still part of his response even when he’s not responding to it.
Good.

Let’s eat Grandma.
Let’s eat, Grandma.
To be fair,
dogooder Friday, August 15th at 1:41AM EST (link)four percent of $4 is 16 cents, basically the same as McCain’s gas tax holiday. Not that that’s a large amount (and it’s not), but it’s a lot more immediate relief than any amount of new drilling.
Clinging bitterly to your tire gauge?
blooch Friday, August 15th at 7:12AM EST (link)While you’ve got your calculator out, tot up the difference between “short term” and “long term” solutions…without using the EIA, please.
“Lieutenant Dike wasn’t a bad leader because he made bad decisions. He was a bad leader because he made no decisions.”
The tire gages should come with "actually, probably" savings readouts nt
streetwise (Diary) Friday, August 15th at 8:07AM EST (link)But does she deny fathering....
kowalski (Diary) Friday, August 15th at 10:27AM EST (link)But the big question is: “Does She Deny Fathering Rielle Hunter’s Baby?”
That poor child: imagine being born with no father listed on the birth certificate when someone must have fathered you, and might have run for President. Talk about being marked for life.
