You know, it’s that tingling feeling in your leg when your adversary is gnashing his teeth. It is not really healthy, but like good brandy and a fine cigar, you can enjoy it and repent in the morning.

The question I propose, just for fun, is two-fold. First, Who do you most want to be unhappy? Second, which individual losses by their candidates or wins by our candidates will inflict the most emotional distress?

Here are my short lists.

Unhappies:

1. The left blogosphere

2. George Soros and the Air America/MSNBC crowd.

3. The mainstream media

Losing candidates: (Plausible losses only)
Barney Frank, Alan Grayson, Harry Reid, Madam Boxer,
Charlie Crist, Lisa Murkowski

Winning Candidates: (Plausible wins only)

Christine O’Donnell, Sharron Angle, Joe Miller

Note the overlap in Nevada and Alaska.

and add to your losing candidates Patty Murray and Alexi Giannoulias, and to the winning candidates I’ll add Allen West, Charles Djou, and John Loughlin.

That should give us the Senate, Obama’s old seat, Obama’s apparent home seat in Hawaii, Biden’s old seat, Patrick Kennedy’s old seat, and one tough military dude that they really, really don’t want to have to deal with in Washington for the next few years.

I happened to be channel surfing just a few minutes ago and thought I’d pass along the irony.

The quintessential example of the target of your speech was the President of the United States encouraging his audience to “punish our (fellow American) enemies”.
