Speaker John Boehner and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell have to go. It’s time for a No Confidence induced change in leadership.

It is time to replace the GOP leadership in both Houses of Congress as both Speaker John Boehner and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell have proven once again that they are unable to deal with Obama and lead the Party. Again and again, even when in positions of strength, they get sucked into failed negotiations and compromises with the Democrats and deals they sell as wins for our side are handed back to us with a smirk and a laugh by the President as he violates our Constitution and his own promises and sticks a knife in the backs of the American people and gives it a hearty twist to boot. The President is going to add another $1.2 trillion dollars of debt on the backs of the People and has killed the desperately needed jobs and energy cost relief that the Keystone XL pipeline would have provided the American people. He’s actually doing a better job helping the economy of China than he is here at home where millions of our own citizens are suffering. Wake up America before it’s too late.

The Susan B. Anthony List and Mitt Romney….Well is He or Isn’t He

Our forums here at Redstate are full of conversations of Romney’s fluctuating and inconsistent stances on a wide ranging variety of topics. None of them is more visceral, more emotionally captivating than abortion. Given Romney’s near stagnation in the polls you would think, being a Republican Candidate with a history of waffling on the issue of abortion, he would move to quiet his detractors and solidify his position on the murder of the unborn…..wouldn’t you?
Well break out the griddle and the batter folks cuz it’s time for some waffles and flap jacks. Mitt Romney refuses to sign the Pro-Life Anti-Abortion Pledge also known as the Susan B. Anthony’s List Pro-Life Presidential Pledge.
Mitt decided to fall back on that old stand-by so favored by politicos afraid of their own shadows. I can’t because, well , their might be “unintended consequences.”…..Yeah like fewer dead babies. But hey Mittens lets not let that get in the way.
How will this effect Romney’s chances? I know it will be a huge additional straw on that sway-back camels spine for some of us. And if he is thinking this might help him with Independents some how…..well Mitt I think it’s pretty obvious that those folks have no time for social issues at this time. For them It’s The Economy….Stupid!

In all fairness I need to point out that Cain also didn’t sign the pledge either. I ignored him entirely because, well he isn’t going to be the nominee and he doesn’t carry that same decades old Waffle House Brand that Mittens does.

Taxation without Representation is Tyranny!

The pre-Revolutionary mantra that so many rallied around in the 1760′s and summarized the primary grievance of the British colonists in the Thirteen Colonies. After several failed attempts in Parliament to acknowledge or shore up the rights of British citizens in the colony’s the Parliament shows how completely out of touch they are by bringing into law the Stamp act, which resulted in the Boston Tea Party, and was pretty much the final straw with the colonists.

Taxation without Representation is Tyranny! Sure sounds like a replay of a history not learned from, at the very least a history not properly taught any more in our classrooms. It also seems thatAmerican Citizens today are feeling just about the same as they did back in the 1760′s. Only 17% feel that the Government acts with the consent of the people. That means 83% feel they are lacking in the representation aspect of government.

Remember that other old school mantra, Those who don’t learn from past mistakes are destined to repeat them. Seems the Democrats have no love of history and Obama is fine with his part playing King George.

Republicans Fixing to Cave on Debt Ceiling Debate!

Today, on Independence Day of all days, we find this little gem of a story in Bloomberg Online, Republicans May Take ‘Mini’ Debt-Ceiling Deal.
This is nothing but a “Mini” cave in, capitulation…….hell a surrender on a hugely important issue with the economy of this country. There is NO TIME for a mini deal Senator Cornyn. Every day that ends with no deal, no significant cuts across the board to spending, no end to the fear instilled in business people by this administration, is one day closer to the edge of an economic cliff we may not be able to climb back from if we go over. And we don’t NEED to go over it.
Read the following and tell me if you don’t get the same message I do.

Republicans might accept a “mini” deal with the Obama administration on raising the debt limit, Senator John Cornyn of Texas, a Republican leader, said yesterday on “Fox News Sunday.”
The idea may delay politically difficult decisions if it’s structured to postpone action on a larger package of spending cuts or revenue increases until after the 2012 election cycle, an analyst said.

Translation: We’re so scared of making the wrong decision and hurting our chances of getting back to the front of the line come 2012 that we’ll just let the nation waddle in fear and uncertainty and not make any tough decisions until after the election! This is a decision based in fear for their own selves and not the citizens they allegedly work for!

Cornyn said that while Republicans would prefer a long-term settlement, they would accept a shorter-term agreement if that’s all they could get done. The Treasury Department has projected that on Aug. 2 the U.S. will no longer be able to meet obligations if the legal debt ceiling isn’t raised.

Translation: We Republicans are going to cave to the fear mongering story put out there by this administration that if we don’t raise the debt ceiling RIGHT NOW we will begin defaulting on our federal debt and the country will collapse around our very knees! American Citizens are too stupid to understand that we have more than enough income coming in to pay the interest on our debts and we will only default if the administration CHOOSES to default! If only Cornyn could get us stooopid Americans too understand how tough he has it and how hard his job is.

Here’s what I call a classic political ploy, something we normally see and call the Democrats on!

“The problem with a mini-deal is we have a maxi problem,” said Cornyn, who is in charge of the 2012 Republican Senate campaign strategy. “We’ll take the savings we can get now, and we will re-litigate this as we get closer to the election.”

Translation: Let’s not deal with this tough issue now and begin the task of easing the suffering of the American Tax Payer! No let’s drag it out till 2012 and politicize the economic suffering of our fellow citizens for our own benefit…..right?

You all can read the rest of the article if you want. If this is Cornyn’s plan, to pass the buck down the road and hope we don’t notice or that releasing this on Independence Day might some how ease the fallout over lackluster leadership I believe he’s sorely mistaken. It’s time to stand firm, forget about self interests and do what’s right for the country. It is time to take the soap box back from Obama and let the people know who is standing in the way of fixing this floundering economic ship. Please Senator Cornyn, listen to US and NOT the DC pundits who are as out of touch with Main St. USA as anyone could possibly be.
Force the Legislative and Executive Branches to do their jobs and if they don’t scream it to the world while whe’re still able to listen!

Mitch Daniels is Out! Joins Huckabee on the outside looking in.

Citing an inability to to get approval from his family to run Mitch Daniels says no to the 2012 Presidential race. In an extremely late night Saturday or very early morning Sunday email to his supporters Daniels wrote:

In the end, I was able to resolve every competing consideration but one. The interests and wishes of my family is the most important consideration of all. If I have disappointed you, I will always be sorry.

Personally I didn’t find Mitch to be very exciting. I know a lot of Republicans, particularly D.C. Republicans, were high on Mitch because he won in a Blue State, got himself re-elected even, and was able to pass legislation that is considered conservative in that very state. He should have had success considering he had a large Republican majority to both houses of the Indiana General Assembly in 2010. In the end I think the Minority Walk Out helped him more than it hurt. His “truce” comment over social issues didn’t play well with us conservatives but I almost have to understand where he’s coming from as I have said myself many times that if we can’t fix this economic nightmare our country is in… social issues won’t matter one bit.
All in all if Daniels had won the nomination he would have had my vote. I would have liked to see what he could have added to the process, what influence he would have had over the direction of the field. For now we’ll just have to sit back and see how this effects the cast of characters to come.

With the Stroke of a Pen an American Dictator Plans to Weaken our Constitution and Violates our Rights

The DISCLOSE Act…another bill Obama wanted that didn’t make it through the House of Representatives so Obama plans on making an end run around our Representatives and use an Executive Order to pass it. This law will require businesses with Government contracts to report the political donations and activities of their officers and directors…of course unions that sign collective bargaining contracts with the federal government would be exempt.

The White House claims the EO would make the federal government more transparent. But a quick look at who Obama chose to exempt from the EO shows this is false: unions that sign collective bargaining contracts with the federal government would be exempt from the “disclosure” requirements. The clear intent of this bill is to suppress speech and punish Obama’s enemies.

I find it interesting that 11 Republican Senators allowed John McConnell to become a Federal District Judge because they didn’t want to be seen as violating senate etiquette and protocol. They would be hard pressed to find a more unfit Judge whose beliefs are so at odds with our own. But hey lets be all civil and give the Dictator what he wants because God knows Obama’s going to play by the rules and follow proper etiquette and precedent when he doesn’t get exactly what he wants….right?

The Constitution, our Representatives, the citizens of this country mean absolutely squat to Obama. Power and control are all he cares about and this Disclose Act will allow him to punish those who don’t get in line and march to his jack booted beat.

Democrat Representative from Massachusetts calls for Union Violence and the spilling of Blood

Rhetoric…..Angry Rhetoric, it’s been a popular topic these last few months. The Left and the Propaganda Wing of their movement, the MSM, keep speak of the angry rhetoric of the Right.
Problem they have is every claim they make seems to…., well for a lack of a better phrase, shoot them in their own foot. There is never any actual proof of these claims of calls for violence from the right. I’ve been to several Tea Party Rally’s & 9/12 functions and I have yet to see one sign or voice
calling out for anything but responsible government.
Now cut to the Left and Wisconsin. We’ve all heard and seen pictures of the Walker = Hitler signs and cross-hairs over top of a picture of Walker’s face. And who can forget that wonderful example of political activism that was the hate-fest called The One Nation Rally. The over the top hate filled rhetoric going on in Wisconsin was so bad even Chris Matthews had to denounce it.
But you know, not even close to the same amount of coverage given to these ACTUAL accounts of violent hate filled rhetoric as to when there is even a chance it could be blamed on the Right. Even before the whole story is in, if there’s the slightest chance it can get blamed on us they’ll happily go with it and then print a retraction a couple of days later……on page 7……….of the coupon section…..if even that.
Now lets cut to Massachusetts. This is the home state of one Michael E. Capuano, Representative of the 8th Congressional District, his 7th term I believe….no accounting for taste I suppose. Anyway, it seems that he never got the memo from Democrat Leadership about the new tone. Seems too that Union leaders and members mean more to Mr. Capuano….so much more in fact that he actually told them it was necessary at times, while they were out in the streets, to get a little bloody once in awhile.
Now I want you to stop for a minute and think what you would be witnessing in the press right now if say,…Jim DeMint had told Tea Party Members that while they were protesting for fiscal sanity it was OK get a little bloody, knock a few heads or bloody a few noses. It would get 24/7 coverage, he would be burned in effigy if not actually.
We need to start making this a constant issue. Let Capuano know how you feel about his angry rhetoric.

Will Our Relationships with Our Allies Survive the Obama Administration?

It goes without saying that Americas relationship with the UK is an intimate one. We share a history starting from before our country was founded. The blood of our soldiers has been spilled on both continents in battles fought with and against each other. England, the UK, is our friend. Or at least it was before the current administration has done all that it can to destroy that relationship. The insults and demagoguery were one thing but now Obama has gone beyond the pale and has provided Russia with the UK’s nuclear armament secrets!

The Wikileaks website has released some diplomatic cables that shows that the United States provided Russia with sensitive nuclear intel on the UK’s nuclear deterrent capabilities AFTER the UK asked them not too. All of this was a demand made by Russia as part of the new START Treaty. A treaty that provided no benefit to the United States and had NOTHING to do with the UK.

A series of classified messages sent to Washington by US negotiators show how information on Britain’s nuclear capability was crucial to securing Russia’s support for the “New START” deal.

Although the treaty was not supposed to have any impact on Britain, the leaked cables show that Russia used the talks to demand more information about the UK’s Trident missiles, which are manufactured and maintained in the US.

Washington lobbied London in 2009 for permission to supply Moscow with detailed data about the performance of UK missiles. The UK refused, but the US agreed to hand over the serial numbers of Trident missiles it transfers to Britain.

Professor Malcolm Chalmers said: “This appears to be significant because while the UK has announced how many missiles it possesses, there has been no way for the Russians to verify this. Over time, the unique identifiers will provide them with another data point to gauge the size of the British arsenal.”

Duncan Lennox, editor of Jane’s Strategic Weapons Systems, said: “They want to find out whether Britain has more missiles than we say we have, and having the unique identifiers might help them.”

While the US and Russia have long permitted inspections of each other’s nuclear weapons, Britain has sought to maintain some secrecy to compensate for the relatively small size of its arsenal.

This is just one more example of the disease to our foreign policy that this administration is. I mean look at the incompetent neophytes that he is putting in charge of our diplomacy. Obama had no choice but to fire Cynthia Stroum, his Ambassador to Luxembourg. She raised a lot of money for Obama during his campaign and somehow that was enough for him to hand her an Ambassadorship. She has left the Embassy in a shambles and unable to perform its duties.

According to an internal State Department report released Thursday, less than a week after she quit, Stroum’s management of the U.S. Embassy in the tiny country was abysmal. The report says her tenure of about one year was fraught with personality conflicts, verbal abuse and questionable expenditures on travel, wine and liquor.

Sounds like Nancy Pelosi’s sister was in charge there.
Wine and liquor expenditures aside this woman is a walking talking disaster area.

… the report paints a picture of a corrosive atmosphere at the small embassy, with the ambassador running roughshod over staff, threatening to read their e-mails, largely concerned about job-related perks and involved in improper purchases.

The situation was so bad that the inspector general recommended that the State Department dispatch medical personnel to Luxembourg to test the stress levels of embassy employees. It said at least four staffers quit or sought transfers to Iraq and Afghanistan during her tenure, unusual steps for diplomats assigned to a modern, Western European capital.

As I said I hope our relationships with our allies survive this administration.
The next one will definitely be spending a lot of time repairing those relationships.
I am not knowledgeable enough about such matters to know what can be done about this now but it NEEDS to be investigated and some one needs to be taken to task over this.

God Bless America…..we’re going to need it.

Obama and the Democrats look to turn Afghanistan into another Vietnam

How does that old saying go about those who ignore the lessons of history are doomed to repeat those past failures.
Well the sorriest Commander and Chief this country has ever had is ignoring the lessons of Vietnam and increasing the risk to the lives of our young men and women in uniform by instituting some of those same failed policies. At this time our soldier’s are no longer allowed to defend themselves against Taliban rockets and bullets if there are civilians around or in populated areas such as towns and villages due to the risk of civilian casualties. This should be no problem right? I mean it’s not like the Taliban are adverse to civilian deaths or use human shields….right? /snark off/ And the Taliban, who currently control more of Afghanistan than at any time since our arrival, knows about it and that we’re bailing on them starting July 2011, so unless there is a major shift this administrations plans they know they will win….and we will lose.
This is basically the same approach that cost so many American lives in Southeast Asia some 40 years ago.
They use our soldier’s as pawns on a political chessboard.
It’s a game they don’t have the will or courage to win while they turn Afghanistan into the quagmire they told Bush Iraq would be before the surge proved them wrong. You can not fight a politically correct war and expect to win and at this point you have to ask yourself does Obama really want to win or is he playing political games with the very lives of some of our country’s finest citizens.

An unrealistic set of Rules of Engagement,
An unrealistic time frame with which to accomplish the task at hand,
An enemy that KNOWS your exit plans and time frame
And an American Administration without the testicular fortitude nor the actual desire to win this war. That is the very sobering reality we find ourselves in.
You can’t have it both ways, Herschel Smith over at The Captain’s Journal does a great job breaking down the effects the current R.O.E. are having on the War in Afghanistan given
the constraints our forces are being placed under. How does it even make sense to say your worried about civilian casualties so don’t return fire if there’s any chance of civilian injuries or death yet NOT protect the locals from the Taliban themselves anymore? These 1/2 efforts will drive the locals into the Taliban’s arms and kill locally provided intelligence for sure if the fact that you’re leaving them to the radicals in a couple of months anyway hasn’t done the trick. Hat tip to Israel Matzav for his coverage of this and this quote from

J.E. Dyer, who blogs at both Contentions and in Hot Air’s Green Room, in addition to writing her own blog, The Optimistic Conservative, comments:

These ROE have been in place for some time now (they’re from the McChrystal period), and they do interfere with effectiveness in “win the population” COIN. Ironically, now that the tactics have shifted more to hunting and killing the Taliban and other imported terrorists, hearts-n-minds COIN is on the back burner and our exposed troops’ security footing has changed. It has changed for the better, but in the long run the more lethal tactics are for the worse. They are only being approved as a means of making good on Obama’s determination to withdraw troops entirely starting in July 2011. They aren’t making the villagers of Afghanistan safer or giving them any incentive to be loyal to the central government.

The Taliban hold more of Afghanistan now than they did in August 2009, when McChrystal first forwarded his surge strategy to the boss. The Taliban are killing more Afghans now than they have at any time since 2001. Obama’s failure to implement a surge with robustness and dispatch has only made it harder to do what he’s trying to do between now and July. The Taliban have places to hide in the north, west, and extreme northeast that they didn’t have a year ago. What was always needed was a package of BOTH the lethal pursuit tactics and the more restrained COIN among the villagers (what McChrystal wanted to do, with a specific geographic focus), but Obama took forever last year to ultimately decide against that all-out effort. He’s been trying to do one or the other, and that’s just not going to work.

Given the damage Obama has done to the relationships with our allies and the weakness he’s shown our enemies and rivals I don’t think the United States has ever been so alone on this little blue planet of ours.

I no longer believe the Obama Administration is just plain stupid

I’ve come to understand and believe that this administration is just plain dangerous and has nothing but bad intentions for our Republic.
There is no way in hell that ANYONE can claim this is a good idea! My G-d it couldn’t be more ridiculous, it makes no logical sense and it actually increases the danger of atomic terrorism in the near future!
What possible reason could the Obama Administration have for considering the “…sale of a Powder River Basin, Wyoming-based uranium processing facility operated by Uranium One USA, a Canadian-based company, to Atomredmetzoloto, a subsidiary of the Russian government agency Rosatom? There is none! The Russians have over and over again ignored our concerns over their nuclear associations and the assistance they provide to country’s who support terrorism and hate western society. Their deals with Iran alone should have been all that was needed to bring and end
to such a bad idea for a business deal.

The sale was first announced on Aug. 31, and the lawmakers claim that it could give Moscow control of up to 20 percent of the U.S. national uranium extraction capability and a controlling interest in one of the country’s largest uranium mining sites.

So this administration is willing to give Russia a controlling interest in one of our country’s largest uranium mining operations, at a time when we are supposedly trying to prevent nuclear proliferation,
by giving control of that operation to one of the largest proliferaters of nuclear technologies to America hating, terrorist supporting countries. Is it even possible to fabricate some justification for this or the damage to national security that it brings? I don’t think so and neither would any logical person with even the slightest care about the security of their country.

Uranium One,USA has put out a fact sheet that shows full well Russia’s intentions to gain majority control of this facility.

A fact sheet on the website of Uranium One says the company intends to complete the transaction by the end of the year. The Russian concern already owns a 23.1 percent share of Uranium One’s common stock and is seeking a controlling 51 percent share in the subsidiary.

Obama is allowing a foreign country that is no friend to us to gain control of a company that deals in a commodity that can be used to make weapons that can destroy our country and kill untold millions around the globe. And this country, Russia, has shown over and over again that they are not our friends and do NOT have our best interests at heart.
If this goes through, and they are trying to ram it through quickly, it will be a crime against the national security of our country.
Remember all the hoopla over the management contracts for the operation of some US Seaports by the United Arab Emirates? This makes that look like a Klondike Cop Comedy. I pray that our overwhelming victory come Nov. 2nd will allow us to bring an end to this travesty right away.

Is there any penalty for Violating the Presidential Oath of Office?

This Oath is required by the constitution of the United States and the actual wording of the oath is laid out in Article 2, section 1, Clause 8.
“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Pretty straight forward don’t you think? No real gray areas there unless the President wanted to hang it all on “…to the best of my ability,…”, that might actually carry some weight as we all find his ability to be lacking so to speak.
But we all know the real meat of that oath is to “… preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Preserve…Protect and Defend the Constitution. Does anyone here right now actually feel that our current POTUS is living up to that oath? Doesn’t every one of his actions and promoted pieces of legislation in some way do damage to and spit in the face of The Constitution of the United States.
This POTUS has shown a total disregard for both Houses of Congress and the will of the people he so self righteously claims to support and feels their pain. Knowing the the general public is overwhelmingly in support of “Comprehensive” (lol) border security to stop the flood of Illegal Aliens and THEN hammer out a plan to where those here illegally can begin a path to citizenship…at the back of the line and in some cases while waiting from their home countries. There is little doubt that The Constitution allows that immigration falls under the purview of the Federal Government but what is a state to do when the Feds have no desire to control illegal immigration nor alleviate the awesome financial burden that is placed on these border states? How is a state to react when it’s federal government tells it basically to go pound sand and do as I say not as I do? If they are smart they band together and fight the government that no longer is by the people and for the people and use the constitution and every other legal; tool they can muster to slow down the rate of destruction this administration is heaping upon its people.
Speaking of the Obama Administrations disdain for both Houses of Congress and for the will of the people I have for your perusal an article from the Washington Times that pretty much spells out Obama’s plan on an end run around the House, the Senate and the citizens of this country as he attempts a back door amnesty plan that won’t require a Congressional or Senatorial vote nor input from the people of this country.
The actions of this administration are those of a group of ideological activists who have not one iota of respect for protocol, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights nor the sanctity of the vote.
Believe me when I tell you, Amnesty, cap and trade etc are all still in play even if they have to break them up and pass them piece by piece hidden in amongst some other emergency legislation that has to be passed right now before the world ends and before anyone has a chance to actually read the legislation.
Diligence
Confidence of Purpose
and a
Monomaniacal drive to communicate the conservative stance to all who will listen.
Only We the People can stop this take over of our country’s political and fiscal future.

Tom Campbell California Senate Candidate, Shill for the Muslim Brotherhood?

HatTip to Carl in Jerusalem over at Israel Matsav for this little gem.
I have no dog in this fight other than wanting Conservatives in every office in the land.
That being said I tend to think Mike Lee is the better candidate for this job and this article reinforces that opinion.
Seems Tom Campbell has quite a few ties with theMuslim Brotherhood and even currently is using some past and present members on his campaign staff. This guy has ties with and has pushed legislation in support of the likes of Sami al-Arian, fund raiser for Islamic Jihad and supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Director of Policy and Press Secretary of Congressman Tom Campbell is Suhail Khan, a friend of al-Arian and Khan’s father served as vice president of the Muslim Students Association and was in the leadership of the Islamic Society of North America, two Brotherhood-created groups.
Read this it makes for a very interesting story and makes me feel that a Campbell win would NOT be good for the security of our nation.

Obama is planning on IMPOSING peace on Israel and the Palestinians

The same President (gag) who said no country has the right to dictate policy etc on another country has decided that it’s his job to impose peace on two groups of people, one a sovereign country in its own right, against their will.
Obama’s New Peace Plan whether they like it or not.
Who does this guy think he is? He’s acting like a dictator and making demands about the private dealings of a sovereign nation while ignoring the nuclear weapons ambitions of a terrorist nation.
The mans an idiot and he’s going to cause the death of untold thousands of people with this inane
behavior. Will some one please find some grown ups and send them to Washington please.

The Dems are for the Little Man, for the Poor and Downtrodden…..Not so much.

You know I am so sick an tired of hearing that BS that the Left works tirelessly on behalf of the poor and the uneducated and the working man. They are not working on “behalf” of these folks, they are working tirelessly to “keep” them right where they are at…under their oppressive thumb!
In speech after speech we have to hear how Obama knows what we are going through and how the whole country has been forced to tighten their belts and make do with less during these tough economic times. He tells us how bad it is that regular families and older folks have to choose between food and heat or medicine and electricity yet every damn thing he is doing is going to take even more money out of their (our) pockets!
The citizens of our country are suffering through high unemployment, high costs of living and the loss of accrued wealth on a massive scale and what is the Obama Administrations “Answer” to these trying economic times? Take even more money from people already dealing with trying financial times.
Now, a day after announcing their intent to tax and fee the internet to death out pops White House economic adviser Paul Volcker with what is basically a National Sales Tax scheme.
A Value Added Tax…..value to whom?
Remember the no raised taxes on families making less than $250 k? That’s dead. Between the taxes and fees from the health care bill, targeted taxes on specific retail items and services (i.e. cigarettes, soda, tanning booths etc) , the possible nightmare of Cap and Trade, and this tax and fee plan for the internet and services it provides it begins too look as if Obama has it in for the very people he claims to care about the most. I swear he’s trying to purposefully bankrupt the entire country. Social Security is insolvent 6 years early and what does our government do? Spend, print, spend, steal.
I so hope we win at least the House back this cycle. I hope it’s in time. This story I linked too is just another example of this administration either being heartless to its own citizens financial suffering or just plain oblivious to the reality of the state of our economy and strength of our dollar.
At a time like this he wants to build a hugely expensive National Broadband Network and tax and charge us to do it.
Hey Mister…Got any Spare Hope and Change?

IRS Going Global and stalking the Rich!

I know we have said these things over and over but it’s just that some of these points bear repeating over and over.
The Obama Administration is about securing Left Wing power for the future. They are anti-business they are about punishing success and promoting mediocrity. And now the IRS is going global in order to properly assess the tax burden of the wealthy. What could possibly go wrong with that . More Obama supported re-distribution of wealth.

To My Family here at Redstate, I desperatly need Your Help!

I am in dire straights! Do any of you know how to cancel an EBay bid?
I put in a bid for a Mickey Mouse Outfit, for my nephew, and now I find I’m one hour away from owning the entire Obama Administration!
Now I know what your thinking. Yes the Obama Administration truly is a Mickey Mouse Outfit and the last year or so has proven to us that they are For Sale to the highest bidder. But if history is any guide
I know that in true Democrat form I will end up not getting what I paid for! There is also no way I will contribute to the delinquency of my nephew by giving him such a gift! My sister would have my head!

So please, if there is any one out there who can help me get out from under this bid so I don’t get stuck with this Mickey Mouse Outfit forever I’d greatly appreciate it.
