Donald Trump's First Cable News Interview Goes to Sean Hannity

Reunited and it feels so good… The longstanding White House boycott of Fox News is over. It should come as no surprise that Donald Trump has agreed to sit down with Sean Hannity, the new president’s first cable news interview.

Throughout the campaign, Sean Hannity was an unabashed supporter of Donald Trump, losing some of his loyal base along the way. Hannity has been ridiculed for his relationship with Trump, as he’s become everything we used to claim to hate in a host. If Chris Matthews and Ann Coulter had a child it would be Sean Hannity. There is no safer place for Trump to go then to Hannity’s studio.

And Sean Hannity has no regrets. He’s taken the time since the election to remind those who didn’t line up with Trump that there would be consequences. He’s taken to social media on several occasions to defend Donald Trump whether he needed it or not.

Hannity’s hourlong interview will follow Trump’s first broadcast interview since taking office, which went to ABC’s David Muir and airs Wednesday night at 10 p.m.

Fox said in a press release that the topics discussed will include major executive orders Trump signed this week, Trump’s relationship with the media, his upcoming Supreme Court justice selection and the first 100 days of his presidency.

The interview will be conducted earlier in the day Thursday from the White House.

So on Thursday at 10 pm, according to The Hill the interview will air on Fox News. Donald Trump will return to the station, and the show that he frequented regularly as candidate Trump.
