Take this with a grain of salt. Esteban Santiago, the man who murdered five people during a rampage at the Ft. Lauderdale airport is now claiming that he was acting on behalf of ISIS. The guy has a history of making statements that aren’t rooted in reality. CNN is reporting testimony from his hearing today.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (CNN)Esteban Santiago, the man charged with killing five people at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport this month, told FBI agents that he had carried out the attack on behalf of ISIS, FBI special agent Michael Ferlazzo testified at Santiago’s bond hearing Tuesday.
