Over the course of the past 232 years many different types of governments with various leaders, tyrants and dictators have come and gone around the globe.

Unfortunately we have even had to intercede at times to fight for and preserve freedom.

In the mean time the United States as a sovereign nation along with the concept of “American Exceptionalism” has for the most part flourished. The concept of Democracy and Capitalism along with adherence to our Constitution, while far from perfect, has worked better than any alternatives that have been tried.

Socialism, Communism, Marxism have not worked, not once, not ever.

There has yet to be an earthly utopia created.

Entitlements have not worked.
Welfare has not worked.

Government provided Health Care is not written into nor is it a U.S. Constitutional right.

Apparently, some fans of the Crimson Tide are adding a “G” to the sign so they can make their own ghetto Alabama sign. How redneck is this… when you can’t even fork over the dime for a 35 cent poster board… oh, and you might need a red marker.

Being the charitable guy that I am, if you need to make your own homemade ghetto Alabama sign, if you take on the excessive cost of the 35 cent white poster board, I will send you a red marker.

The Obama campaign has gotten away with the claim “Tax Cuts for 95% of all American Workers”.

If this is not corrected Obama will win … if it is corrected McCain will win.

1) 44% of all American workers pay no income tax so it is impossible to provide a tax break to those who do not pay taxes.

2) This claim draws attention away from the real core of the Obama tax plan which calls for increases in every major federal tax creating perverse incentives.

A) Raise top 2 individual income tax rates = 25% or more.
B) Phase out all personal exceptions and all itemized deductions for upper-income earners.
C) Increase Capital Gains rate = 33% (same for tax-related dividends).
D) Increase top payroll-tax by 16-to-32%.
E) Create new payroll-tax rate for health insurance = 7%.
F) Reinstate Corporate Windfall Profit Tax.
G) Reinstate Death/Inheritance tax = top marginal rate at 45%.
H) Increase Corporate Tax burden = 25%.

Remember 44% of all workers do not pay income tax so they can not receive a tax cut.

Senator John McCain announced his candidacy for the Presidency today in his neighbor Timothy McVeigh’s living room.

You remember Timothy McVeigh, the unrepentant Oklahoma City Bomber who was acquitted of all charges via a loophole in the law. McVeigh was quoted after his acquittal as saying ” free as a bird … guilty as hell … America what a country”.

Since his bombing days McVeigh has become involved in Education Reform and is a Professor at the University of Oklahoma. Tom Brokaw just this past Sunday referred to him simply as a “school reformer”.

McCain and McVeigh have served on several “Boards” together and McVeigh has funneled over $150 Million committed by the Annenberg Challenge to McCain who as a community organizer has used it as seed money for ACORN to assist local members to acquire sub prime mortgages … no school reform as far as we can tell.

The Obama camp has raised this past relationship as a campaign issue but the MSM has instructed Obama to take the issue off the table as it is a “non starter” and we all should be focusing all our efforts on the economy as main street is suffering and it’s all the Democrats fault.

To McCain’s credit he has stated he had no idea McVeigh was a terrorist and he was just some guy in the neighborhood with a big living room … Oklahoma City Bomber … who knew?

2) Repeal the Capital Gains Tax indefinitely … 2 year minimum.

There is an estimated $1 Trillion of investment capital sitting on the side-lines.

3) Significantly and indefinitely reduce/lower Corporate Taxes … 2 year minimum.

The United States Corporate Tax is 35% = Second highest Corporate Tax Rate in the entire industrialized world … second only to Japan at 40% … this would stimulate investment in business and increase Corporate output.

4) Privatize (not socialize) Freddie and Fannie and run them like any other private business with standard deviation.

You can then begin “investing” in private companies and not be “spending” on Government or National Companies.

5) Get rid of Sarbane Oxley immediately.

6) Privatize all current Entitlement Programs as their financial risk dwarf this current credit crisis.

7) No future Socialism including no Universal Heath Care

Remember Government is broke".

Begin domestic exploration and drilling for oil today with no further Government interference.

There is no such thing as Global Warming and if we experience a disruption in oil imports and have no way to produce our own … you will see a “Mad Max” situation.

We need significant private sector and private business growth and growth requires energy.

Tax cuts for 95% of all wage earners is impossible so please demand the truth from politicians.

Currently the top:

5% of wage earners pay 80% of all taxes.

These U.S. Automakers are hamstrung with Congressional and EPA regulations that force them to contend with different and separate state emission standards.

Then they “LEND” them $25 Billion to help off-set the problems they themselves created?

The U.S. Government is “BROKE” so how do they think they can “LEND” money to anyone?
The U.S. Government is “BROKE” so how do they think they can bail-out anyone?

They created the obstacles that contribute to the Big Three Automakers inability to compete and then lend them Billions they don’t have to allow these businesses they helped destroy to now stay open.

• $5.1 Billion heating subsidies for the poor.

So while Congress will not lift the current bans on off-shore drilling that most voters support lifting they want to offer subsidies to the poor due to the high price of heating oil.

Are these subsidies to help the poor heat their homes that they purchased with sub-prime no money down loans and can now no longer afford?

Details of this last minute “Congressional Scramble” remain secret and are presently in the hands of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Government continues to grow exponentially.
Congress continues to create insane problems that the public is unaware of until too late.

U.S. Post Office is broke.
U.S. Board of Education is broke.
U.S. Energy Policy is broke.
U.S. Mortgage Industry is broke.
Wall Street is broke.
The Government is broke.

Solution?

Democratic Presidential Candidate Obama wants to increase taxes on virtually everything including Capital Gains, Corporate Taxes, Social Security, Small Businesses making over $250,000 per year, Death Tax, Corporate Windfall tax all while increasing Federal Spending by $1.5 Trillion for things such as a Global Poverty Tax.

Solution?

Drastically reduce the size of Government.
Drastically reduce Government spending.
Privatize virtually every aspect of Government including all entitlements.

While Harry Reid is quoted on the floor of the U.S. Senate stating that coal makes you sick, oil makes you sick and causes Global warming … Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin states:

    "Global warming is good for Russia melting it's vast icy territories to reveal previously inaccessible oil and gas reserves".

While House Speaker Pelosi states to those who are pro-drilling that she would like to drill their brains … Russian President Medvedev states”

        "We must finalize and adopt a federal law on the southern border of Russia's Arctic Zone".

Do you think Russia would drill for oil in ANWAR (Arctic National Wildlife Refuge) if they could?
Do you ever consider that the way events presently are trending that perhaps someday they will?

Please note that as the world turns we will see both Russia and China drilling anywhere in the world where there are oil or gas reserves and our country apparently will not even tap into our own domestic reserves.

No energy = short and painful life-spans.
