They scream about the Blue Dogs, then turn around and donate a million dollars to put a Blue Dog in Joe Wilson’s seat so he can vote just like Joe Wilson. Because Joe Wilson accused the President of being pro-immigrant, which was a racist lie because Obamacare is anti-immigrant! And now the blue-haired astroturfers wearing Brooks Brothers are going to start an armed rebellion so we have to suspend the First Amendment. Does that sound like a coherent set of convictions? They think like dope addicts and they mainline Obama’s drivel by way of streetdealers Avarosis and Kos.

So the only takeaway here is to calm down the protests on the Right: Go back to work, take your kids to the park, visit Granny in the home. Nothing happening here. ‘Nada’ means ‘centrist.’

1. Probably. Mafia types don’t usually take getting hit lightly. That this is an inside job makes it even worse as far as the guys who were hit are concerned. Their problem is that it IS an inside job, so they can’t be sure who is loyal and who isn’t anymore. As for the rest of us, the only thing we can really count on is the same thing that non-mafia types are probably going to be hurt the worst.

2. What? You did watch the last election didn’t you? Of course not. At least not the DC types. I mean seriously, when was the last time they failed to snatch defeat from the jaws of vicotry? Now whether or not we at the grassroots can capitalize on this to either knock some sense into the DC types or knock them off is another question.

Glenn Beck had a piece on the SNL skit. He terms it “a shot across Obama’s bow, from the Left.” He went on to say that the Tea Partiers and 9/12 moms had been peaceful and orderly, while the G-20 anarchists hadn’t. The first two groups cleaned up their garbage, even making the places they had protested in look better than before the protests; the G-20 anarchists, well–not. Then he posed this question, or one similarly worded–which group would be more likely to go violent: the Tea Partiers/9-12 Moms, or the G-20 anarchists?

I normally refuse to watch SNL since it became all about being young and stupid after the original cast departed, or maybe I was just young and stupid back then too. Anyway, SWMBO likes it so she rewound and called me in to watch the notable event of SNL seemingly criticizing Comrade Obama. I took it as a slap at the Right and our paranoid fantasies that he’s a communist. But, it is possible that it was intended as a shot across the bow.
