Neil, etal may have done the work, but we out here in the sticks know that the reason we need faster servers, etc is because of the leadership you and the Directors bring to the site.

You have well earned a pat on the back. Enjoy it. If traffic ever drops off you’ll get the heat so enjoy the upside we’ll trust that very soon the current servers will crash from increased volume. And we’ll need RS4.0.

You’ve done well. Every orchestra needs a great conductor.
