just messin’ — however, Brian offers sound advice and I’ll add it would be nice for you to remove the “click-bar” code (showing up as bullet items between titles and body) which is very distracting as well as reducing the font on the First lines of Bold text (the Title repeat and sub-title)… Just some friendly thoughts so you have a friendly/appealing Diary that people will read! It is amazing to me that the democrats ran in 2006 and 2008 by railing against the exorbitant spending and deficits but when they got control, all that went out the window and *nobody* in the media has called them on it.

Obama logic: Bush’s deficits of 3% GDP now justify an Obama deficit of 8% GDP; and because he intended to hand out nominal tax rebates to the middle class (now apparently DOA,) he can raise everybody’s taxes astronomically, and claim that he “cut” their taxes.

That’s like shooting up the schoolyard, handing out bandaids and saying you supported the health of the kids.

You are exactly right. I believe he is manufacturing the crisis he will use to try to usurp power that should be left in the hands of the people.

Kind of like the way they have regulated and screwed up the health care industry and the car industry and are now taking over whole segments of the economy.
