The prosecution of tax fraud is horrendously lacking, and I understand it's primarily a resource problem of having human eyes comb through all the tax returns looking for warning signs. On another note, of course it's preaching to the choir but I'll also throw in the obligatory chant FLAT TAX! FLAT TAX!
