Google street view shows the following as the building in question: Morton building?
According to the Bexar County Appraisal District Web site the building in question is appraised at just over 78k.
I am curious how owner Ronnie Green can explain a 1.4 million dollar repair on 78 thousand dollar building.

If you Google the address, one of the businesses at that location is a construction company.
