That's courtesy of the book, "Reindeer with King Gustaf," which details what happens to a family (her husband won for math in 1998) after the big win. What a hoot -- and pretty timely, what with the Obama win (even if I don't think it's at all deserved...) But according to the author, Anita Laughlin, <a href="http://www.anitalaughlin.net/"> Obama will bow.</a> She talks about the bow in the book, which is how I know he'll be doing the bow again soon. She says the bow takes a lot of practice. "One must bow low, pause, and then bow twice again while holding a large leather-bound watercolor and diploma. As the bows were always timed to music, mercilessly critiqued by the press and watched by millions of people, it was important to get it right." Do you think he's practicing yet?????
