The article suggests that some pure domestic communications may have been included by mistake. The Obama administration is not monitoring your mails with your daughter any more than the Bush administration was, unless one of you is outside the US. That was progressive spin intened to scare people. This program is both legal and justifiable. From the “credible evidence” source they linked, the program they are talking about is the program to monitor international communications.
