Why is he pandering to people who wish to do us harm? Because he expects to gain something out of it for himself; nothing more and nothing less. He does not care about this country or the damage he causes in that quest of self-glorification. He doesn’t care about those to whom he panders. They are merely chess pieces being moved about or protected for his own ends.

Don’t let the ‘who’ distract you from the ‘why’. Any other group would be pandered to exactly the same. You’ve seen the same pandering to Castro and Chavez who are not Muslims. And you’ve seen the same towards any freedom despising country.

And there is part of the answer to why and it’s our task to stop him.

Stop living in fear. As scary as radical Islam is, you have more to fear from your own government than you do from radical Islam. Starting a post talking about a “Muslim born president” only makes you look like xenophobic and will not persuade anyone.
