Ramirez has filed his FEC paperwork, not Fiorina. Ramirez is a candidate, not Fiorina. Is the NRSC really backing Fiorina then? How can they back someone who isn't really a candidate then throw an event for another candidate who is running for the same office? I think you are looking for a conspiracy that isn't really there.
