He had the best health care and cancer treatment that are only available from American private service providers.

He never tried Romneycare. It would shorten his lifetime on earth.

Considering his consistent opposition to reduction and elimination of the estate tax, we must assume that he has made arrangements for the full value of the Kennedy fortune to be sent to US Treasury at the rates in place prior to the GW Bush tax cuts. Surely he would not be so hypocritical as to avoid paying his fair share.
