Why does Sodomayor believe that Abortion is settled law because of precedent, but, does not believe that Gun Rights are settled law?

She’s a feel good candidate nominated by a feel good “President” (i.e a minority). She’s a PC pick that we all know is going to get confirmed 90-10 because old white men Republicans are going to be too scared to really ask her to the tough questions (and this general group of Senators lacks backbone anyway).

What The One wants, The One gets, why would this be any different? Let’s just cut the crap and quit pretending this is any real suspense when even idiots like pansy Graham said its all but a formality?

If this was a Republican making the nomination I’d be watching with interest but since its one of His mineons I really don’t care. She’s gonna *** on the Constition anyway and liberally interpret law from the bench by being an activist judge and a symbol and friend to the little people. (barf) A watered down court deserves a watered-down candidate.

I think the few conservative Senators are lacking a spine. How can they treat this nominee with even an ounce of respect after the things she has said on record. I think a vote for confirmation is a vote out of office from me.
