I’ll be looking for a 686 to use as a trail gun this coming spring. As much as I love my Glocks you can’t fire snake loads in a semi-auto.

Never forget: God made man and woman. Samuel Colt, Horace Smith, Daniel B. Wesson, John Moses Browning and Gaston Glock made them equal.

My CC weapon of choice is the NH made Ruger LCP with a wallet holster. Light, compact, and fits in your back pocket. Chambered in .380, it may not pack the wallop of a .45 but it still gets the job done. The wallet holster looks exactly like it sounds from the back. When the bad guy asks for my wallet, they’re going to get much more than they expected.

….That’s my lil’ bitty carry piece (to compliment my main Sig)…. and KelTec is here in Florida – very nice folks too.

The PF-9 is a 9mm, 7 & 1, straight stack. Grip extender available for the mags (’bout 2/3″) and it makes a big difference.

Even though I have large hands, it’s a very easy and smooth shoot for me.

everyone were required, on their 18th birthday to join a well regulated state militia, and to own and carry a firearm after they have received proper training.

Not only that, people would be a lot more polite as well.

Even if we didn’t have the second amendment, there is no good reason to make guns illegal. Stranger on stranger gun killings in the US are less common than car drivers killed in collision with commercial trucks. Stop subsidizing the roads over rails, and there, I just saved more lives than a gun ban would save gross, and net of course no guns would increase all sorts of crime.

Listen, Small Blond Woman, we used to have lots of women on the rifle team I was a member of when I learned to shoot smallbore competition in high school. And they were our secret weapon, all sub-five-feet of them on a couple of occasions.

And despite having all those, ahem, ladies on the team we were undefeated locally for something like 7 years and were State and National postal match champions in my Junior year. And we couldn’t have spared any of the women on the team in those competitions.
