check-up last week. The doctor had to fill out the questionnaire that the insurance company requires yearly. And every single year they have incorrect information on his form–not minor stuff either, but things as major as saying that he has Type 1 diabetes instead of Type 2, that his family has a history of all kinds of things that they don’t have and never did.

I think we already have the minimum wage high school kid thing covered. This will just make it much, much worse.

I think one benefit of filling out the paperwork while waiting in the hospital (Obama’s example) is that YOU can make sure it is correct.

Questions like allergies to medicines etc. Or do we want some minimum wage high school kids entering all of our data into a national database for us?
