If he's not careful, this could very well set the tone for his first 100 days. He needs to dump Gibbs first of all, a bad press secretary is one of the worst things that can happen to a President (look at Scott McClellan) and a good one is a God-send (look at Tony Snow). Then he needs to announce to his staff that any sort of bipartisan Washington dream utopia is out of the window, as the Republicans have too much difference between them and the Dems to do this. Obama is obviously interested in setting a liberal tone and engaging in a liberal agenda, let them do it and own it. Let me tell you, it would be the best thing to happen to the Republican Party in a long time. Finally, Obama needs to pull the reigns of power from Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. He needs to put them in their place and let them know he is the President, not them. He sets the agenda for the country, not them and if they wanted to be President, they should have ran last year. If Obama can do these things, he may be able to steer his presidency back on track and at least have a meaningful term.
