And in between those, he pulled off the greatest bamboozle ever when he tricked the 100 smartest people in the world (AKA the US Senate) into enabling him to illegally invade Iraq. Remember, these are the same types of folks who think Joe Biden is a great statesman. George Bush was the stupidest moron on the face of the earth, yet he crafted and pulled off this elaborate scheme to steal both the 2000 and 2004 elections.
