		<description>Great article. I can&#039;t add much that isn&#039;t already there. 

But....I&#039;ve visited Panama twice this year. Their people are very nice. A lot of them speak English. They use our currency. I&#039;ve seen some of their cities booming. You can see skyscrapers intermixed with slum houses. They are trying to better themselves. Their people are happy that Martinelli will be their new president because it will mean a better way of life for them. 

But I fear that all of that will be lost with this Obama administration and for the reasons in this article.</description>
