The embarrasment brings back painful memories of 2004 when you were the butt of all those gigolo, flip flop, Euro-Trash jokes, leading your spokeswoman to come to your rescue by stuttering that Republicans have “l-l-l-lost their sense of humor”.

1. When will Jean learn to defend himself rather than having his women do it for him? Just because you’re collecting your Heinz allowance doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to wear big boy pants and stand up for yourself.
2. Don’t take your failed career for granted. Cling quietly to your invisible role doing nothing in the broom closet of the U.S. Senate and maybe scary Sarah won’t come and terrorize you in the dark of night.
3. Keep amusing your gardner with those compelling tales of your excellent adventures in Vietnam. He especially loves that part where you start pimping for the other side.

Yeah, they hope Sarah is in the public eye for a long time, that’s why they are shaking in their boots and trying to destroy her, confidence you see.

If the junior senator from the great state of Taxachusetts had meant what he said. The story, as I read it, reported that Kerry (By the way, he fought in Vietnam) his joke, however it didn’t mention whether or not he was wearing his usual flip-flops. Apparently, he was.
