Get over it. They certainly didn’t try to run to her defense with the “wardrobe-gate,” “Trig-isn’t-her-babe-gate,” and whatever other horrible lies thrown around during the campaign.

If I were Governor Palin I would have said much, much worse.

They are on a full frontal assault to destroy any chance she has in 2012, and they are starting early and often. I’m sure their comrades in arms, MSNBC, won’t be too far behind.

With all the challenges in our country, this stuff is so petty, both for Sarah Palin and her ex-staffers.

Since the election it’s been silly, pointless drama between her and her former staffers. It’s like a bunch of bickering high school girls having petty arguments over nothing of substance. While she might fire up her base she’s not going to win national office with this stuff because no one is going to take her seriously.

I wonder what McCain thinks of all this! From reading some of the comments on this site, many of you are not big McCain fans, but I still have a lot of respect for him and his service to our country.

I just get frustrated with the petty stuff when we have a ballooning deficit, creeping socialism and a host of serious problems.

I’m not convinced the McCain-Palin staff really wanted to win in the first place. Backstabbing Sarah afterward cemented my already low opinion of those dimwits. If she runs in 2012, I hope she hires some better people than Johnny Mac did.

These “former staffers” never were in Sarah’s corner. Throughout the campaign they were out to get her and still are. McCain chose to surround himself with light weights, who weren’t necessarily for McCain in the first place. (Let’s face it, he wouldn’t have been the candidate if it hadn’t been for liberal cross-overs). McCain knew having a women as his running mate was his only chance. Most of these staffers blatantly let it be known that they didn’t approve of Sarah. They wanted Huckabbe or Romney, etc. So, they hated her for this and also they were jealous of her strength and freshness. She was an outsider and they despised her for it. And, what really “fries” them is that McCain lost because of HIS weaknesses, not Sarah’s. And, we all know it!

The anonymous ex-staffers criticizing Gov. Palin never said that they’d have been happy to pray with Gov. Palin had she asked. Nor did they say that they had ever prayed for Gov. Palin. They never denied the point that she had made. Sounds like she would welcome our prayers now. Whatever you might think of her politics, if you believe in prayer, why not ask God to help with her work as governor, and to grant her wisdom for all the decisions that may come before her.

They’re anonymous because they want a job in future campaigns, of course. I recommend hiring P.I.s to investigate those who apply for employment on your campaign staff. Keep these weeds out of your garden.

I voted for Palin, I would have gotten McCain. There is no reason that man was not elected except for the staffers who dropped the ball. I am sure they are more than pleased with Meaghan McCain and her spouting off lately…

Go Sarah go, you do not need those people anyway, you got us.

Suffice to say, Gov. Palin’s right. There were individuals on the campaign who were believers, but the campaign was clearly embarrassed by them and their message.

It was obvious that McCain looked upon religious conservatives as his backwards political cousins from the country, not sophisticated enough to stand before the cameras with him.

I don’t mean this to be inflammatory. That said, some of you will probably be offended.
I consider myself a moderate, however I supported Obama in the last election and consider myself closer to the Dems at the moment. Palin is a part part of why this has happened.
I agree with you guys/Republicans on many issues, just not the abortion/gay marriage things, and I wouldn’t condsider those deal-breakers. I’d love to support the Republican party, but I can’t. Palin is a perfect example of the state the party is in. Granted, she is one of a kind (Thank God) but other Republican figureheads are just like her, only diluted…..
What I’m trying to say, is that I don’t support Dems because I dislike Republican ideals, I support Dems because compared to Palin and McCain, Obama and Biden are likeable/not crazy.
I think, if Palin had been mentally stable at the time of the election, and the Dems had nominated a white man, the Republicans would have had a fighting chance, and I would have supported them.

Being a native New Yorker, I hear more than my liberal neighbors’ fair share of Palin bashing. Despite the fact that they live in one of the most liberally biased states in the US and that Obama won the presidency and Congress is overrun by liberals, they still manage to be angry and pissed off. They are pathologically incapable of being happy or satisfied. It apparent to me that liberals don’t know how to do anything but tear things down. They are exponentially more horrified of Palin becoming President than how our present President’s antics are going to ruin us for years to come. They and the rest of the liberal minions will do everything in their power to keep their boot on Palin’s neck. The fact that they are still terrified of this woman even after routing the November elections is quite telling.

Ultimately, all this hopeychangey feelgoodery is going to tank in a hurry anyway when a cup of coffee becomes $25 and unemployment reaches 20%.

Our founding fathers and framers of the constitution held a deep respect for God and religion. It is not without reason that our motto is “In God We Trust”.
Our constitution is based on a respect for LAW, and principles of morality.
We are so politically correct now, that to even admit that one prays to God is to invite ridicule. How far we have fallen.

Governor Palin said that there was “no one I could find that I wanted to pray with” – evidently the staff had made their pettiness known to her by then. She RIGHTLY understood that they were not loyal to her. No respect to her, no respect to God.

America is on a wrong course. Until our leaders re-establish a respect for LAW, GOD and COUNTRY, we will continue to enable “statism” – where the government is KING.

Governor Palin’s former “staff” should find a new day job.
