Great post! Merry Christmas to our folks serving over seas, our first responders, and all of those who try and endeavor to make our lives a little better through service to the United States. They are truly our unsung heroes.

There are some things that always get to my soul and to that end, I have difficulty with words to express my true thoughts.

The HONOR of an American soldier has no peer. The GIFT OF FREEDOM an American soldier bestows on every American citizen cannot be measured materially.

In whatever way that may be possible, I hope one day to be able to properly convey to even one American soldier, the depth of gratitude we all lovingly grant in return.

To all who read this, a Merry Christmas to you and your family. To all former, current and future Americans in uniform, thank you for my gift of freedom.
