And another one bites the dust?

Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) is expected to resign from Congress amid allegations of “inappropriate behavior,” multiple media outlets reported Thursday night.

Politico reported that Franks, a member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, is expected to resign but the initial article did not indicate the reason for Franks’ abrupt exit. The New York Daily News reported that the Arizona Congressman plans to resign amid allegations of “inappropriate behavior.”

It was not immediately clear what exactly that “inappropriate behavior” might have been.

Franks is expected to issue a statement later Thursday evening. RedState will post that statement if and when it comes.
