BREAKING: Reports Indicate Mike Flynn to Plead Guilty in Mueller Probe This Morning

A plea hearing has been scheduled for Mike Flynn as part of the broader Russian interference investigation led by Robert Mueller.

The hearing, which will take place at 10:30 a.m., sees Flynn charged with lying to the FBI. Multiple reports indicate he is expected to plead guilty.

And according to CNBC:

A plea hearing has been scheduled for former national security adviser Michael Flynn, according to a press release issued by the special counsel’s office.

The hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday before U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras at the D.C. federal courthouse on 3rd and Constitution.

Representatives for Flynn did not immediately respond to a request for comment from NBC.

It was not immediately clear if Flynn had struck a deal with investigators or not.
