The Contraception deception…

“If you like your plan, you will get to keep your plan!” Remember Obama promising you that about ObaMAOcare?!?!?!

Do you think Religious institutions, exercising their conscience by not having their plans include contraception and the (Morning after) Abortion pill, like their plans the way they are?!?! Obama shows how “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan” is, and always has been; as well as most everything else out of his mouth is; A LIE!

There is something else that everyone is missing here. This is a purposeful, willful, and with malice of fore-thought, a direct attempt to get Religious endeavors TO DROP THEIR PLANS causing countless more Americans to be in that “Public Option,” which was, is, and always has been, their (Liberals) goal. They are moving to complete, outright, Government controlled Socialized Medicine; ObaMAOcare was designed to do this from the outset – to destroy and move people away from Private Health Care Insurance plans to a Government option.

Time and time again, we warned people this was the plan/goal from the outset and so many just buried their head back in the sand – too lazy to pay attention and do any research for themselves, just buying into any and all lies from Liberal/Progressive Democrats about the ObaMAOcare scheme. They have been pushing for this since the 1930′s (long before HilaryCare) and only now under Obama and while they had Democrat control of the House and Senate were they finally able to (do what they couldn’t, but tried, to do under Clinton, and) ram it through.

Shamefully, Mitt Romney continues to struggle on finding the “right message” (response) to the ‘Obama-care is just Romney-care on a National scale’ meme. While there are similarities (Mandate), they are NOT exactly the same. The words Romney, and other Republicans, must be putting forth is the simple truth: Obama-care was designed to DISGUISE itself as a Romney-care clone, but is little more than a Trojan-horse (Wolf, in Romney-care clothing). While it (Obama-care) keeps the facade of “Private Insurance” coverages, countless other pages/sections are designed and in-place to undermine that (“If you like your plan, you can keep your plan”) concept and drive more and more people unto the “Public Option.” Obama-care was/is designed TO FAIL over the long haul, at which time having harmed Private coverage and driven people off their plans onto the Public Option, and usher in the Democrats next calls for out-right and complete 100% Government-run Socialized Medicine.

I have seen many Religious spokespersons asking that we contact our Representatives and ask that “this policy” be “corrected!” THAT IS THE WRONG APPROACH, ALL OF OBAMA-CARE MUST BE REPEALED – that is the correct/only option and course of action that will stop Liberals/Progressives from exerting control over any and all aspects of your Life in the name of Health Care. Our Representatives must STOP trying to tinker around the edges and continue to demand complete repeal – no Republican that offers/promises any less should be supported!

Obama’s mistake was letting this cat out of the bag before this 2012 election. Rest assured, if they cave on the issue now, it will only be to get past the election and to once again push this issue. It’s all about pushing people from Private coverage (by badgering, bullying, regulating into submission, or HC inflation to cause cost prohibition, organizations into dropping their coverages – pushing their people) to the Public Option.

Why MI Senator Stabenow must go! (Do Nothing Congress, or just DO NOTHING SENATE?)

(#MI4CS) Stabenow must go! As part of the DO NOTHING (Democrat controlled) SENATE, she/they failed to do their Constitutional duty and pass a Budget for 900+ days. When, in December, they finally passed Omnibus spending Bills for FY2012, they ignored “supposed cuts” agreed upon (Debt Ceiling agreement) and “automatic cuts” (Defense/Medicare) if the “Super Committee” failed; which the Democrats sabotaged from the start; spending (yet again) a new largest Budget deficit (though they tried to hide it by passing several separate Bills) in US history. And those “Occupy Wall Street” folks, where are they? since she voted for the (Bank Bailouts) TARP?!?! We would be better represented in the Senate by a random pick from the Phone book, so I will support any/all that oppose her.

That is the Letter To the Editor (LTE) I sent to several S.E. Michigan Publications:

TEA Party members being rooted in the principles and precepts of the founding of the United States, stand by those values when selecting Candidates for Public office. Further, many Michigan TEA Party groups have joined together for this “Michigan For a Conservative Senate” (MI4CS/http://www.michigan4conservativesenate.com/) co-operative cause, sharing similar Conservative tenants. It is based upon those beliefs, principles, tenants, and values, that we cannot support Debbie Stabenow for re-election. Below is information about Stabenow’s positions, record, votes, etc, that support that conclusion and/or otherwise demonstrate why MI4CS members urge her ouster….

TARP: (She was against it, before she was for it – duplicity)
Stabenow, while supporting Senate Democrat amendments, actually (Final vote (H. R. 1424 As Amended)) voted AGAINST:

More Than Half The Country Thinks Congress Accomplished Less Than Usual This Year

Congressional approval ratings have been in single digits for several months, several times recording an all-time low of 7% approval. While in this week’s Economist/YouGov Poll Congress may appear to have gained some (with an approval rating that has crept up to 11%), Americans still don’t like what they see in Washington.

Two out of three Americans disapprove of Congress’s performance. No party group or region is happy. And when asked to evaluate this Congress’s accomplishments against those of previous Congresses, more than half the country thinks this legislature is doing even less than usual.

Just 4% say this Congress has accomplished more than usual.

Partisan bickering may have been particularly intense this year, and even at the end of the term, Congress is having a difficult time determining how exactly to extend the payroll tax cut that, unless legislation is passed, will expire January 1.

But the negative assessment is generally bi-partisan. About half of Republicans and two out of three Democrats say this Congress has done less than usual.

One indication of why most Americans dislike Congress and what it has done this year is that liberals and conservatives each think that Congress’s legislation has come at their ideological expense. 53% of self-identified liberals think Congress has passed mostly conservative legislation; 41% of conservatives say Congress has passed mostly liberal laws.

Payroll Tax cut deal (with Keystone XL pipeline) set

Wow, here’s more great work (sarcasm) by the GOP House/Senate Leadership. To get the following for 2 months and putting it right back into the forefront during the 2012 campaign and therefore to allow the Demoncrats BS to demagogue the issue with the ‘Republicans only really want Tax cuts for the wealthy” BS and/or to put forth a CINO concept that Democrats are for Tax Cuts (yeah, right, tax pandering to those who already don’t pay Federal Income Tax). Yes, the Keystone pipeline aspect is wonderful, but Obama wanted it anyway to placate his Union base and NOW the GOP gives Obama the excuse to give his Enviro-whacko base that it was forced on him (the usual, talking out of both sides of his hind-side)…..

Many of my fellow Republicans agree that the GOP should be taking a principled stand (with some Democrats that are speaking out against ANY extension) that the Social Security funding system should NOT be undermined. While Obama plays with this Tax gimmick, it will not be long before they are calling for yet more Tax increases to cover (this yet another) Obama mistake. Republicans should NOT be part of that problem!

Divided lawmakers muster modest tax deal

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Deeply divided U.S. lawmakers on Friday eked out an agreement to extend payroll tax cuts for just two months, and only after Democrats bowed to Republican demands on a controversial oil pipeline.

The deal, which still needs approval of the full Senate and House of Representatives, fell far short of President Barack Obama‘s push for a one-year extension of the tax relief and long-term unemployed benefits to boost the country’s fragile economic recovery.

The surprisingly modest accord will likely do nothing to dispel concerns of American voters and investors of deep dysfunction in the U.S. capital. It also creates more uncertainty about Washington’s ability to steer the nation through global economic turbulence.

Partisan rancor has derailed efforts to forge a deficit reduction plan, brought the government to the brink of a shutdown three times this year and led to a downgrade of by Standard & Poor’s of the United States’ coveted AAA credit rating in August.

Democrats did not come close to getting the legislation they initially sought, but they put a brave face on the deal they agreed to, saying it gives them another opportunity early next year to fight for a payroll tax cut for wage earners and tax hikes on the wealthy to pay for it — two arguments that play well with Democratic voters.

It was not clear how Friday’s deal would affect Obama, but he has faced persistent criticism from his base of liberal-leaning voters for caving in to Republican demands on policy issues ranging from tax hikes and spending cuts to environmental protections.

“At one minute to midnight and the end of the year the Democrats appear to have conceded two significant issues on the payroll tax cut and they got a measly two months extension in return,” David Gergen, an adviser to two former Democratic and two Republican presidents, told Reuters.

To try to break a stalemate in the payroll tax cut negotiations, Obama’s fellow Democrats first dropped their proposal to pay for it with a surtax on millionaires. Then on Friday they abandoned what had appeared to be a non-negotiable demand — for the Keystone XL oil pipeline from Canada to Texas to be kept separate from the payroll tax cut issue.

The measure would require Obama to make a decision on allowing construction of Keystone within 60 days or declare that “oil trade with Canada is not in the national interest of the United States,” according to an aide to Republican Senator Richard Lugar.

BATTLE RESUMES IN NEW YEAR

Obama recently put off a decision on the pipeline until 2013 while the government studies alternative routes. Many interpreted that move as a way to appease his environmental base in his bid to win re-election in November 2012.

The deal immediately drew fire from environmentalists, who said it was an example of House Republicans holding the federal government hostage on behalf of the oil industry.

“We’re disappointed that the president seemingly signed off on this deal, but we expect that he’s going to live up to his promise … that he will turn down the permit for the pipeline,” said Daniel Kessler, spokesman for Tar Sands Action, a group that opposes the project.

Kessler said he expected members from his group would reprise their protests about the project at Obama’s campaign offices across the country.

In a defense of what appeared to be a major concession to Republicans, an Obama administration official said the deal would effectively mean the Keystone project would not go ahead.

The official noted that the State Department has said it could not make a decision on the project within 60 days and any attempt to force its hand would likely result in a decision to deny a permit for the project.

But on Capitol Hill, Republicans were quick to tout the deal as a major coup.

“I think the Keystone pipeline component is certainly a very large victory,” said Republican Senator Bob Corker.

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters: “We extended the payroll tax holiday as far as we could get credible payfors to pay for it.” He added, “We’ll be back discussing the same issues in a couple of months.”

That would mean another contentious battle in the midst of the 2012 primary season, which kicks off on January 3 in Iowa.

“If Republicans want to be back here in two months trying to explain why they don’t want to give middle class families a tax cut yet again, that’s their choice, we’re happy to have that conversation,” a Democratic aide said. “We feel that’s a home turf game for us.”

Do nothing Senate still fails to pass Budget, so it’s Continuing Resolution time again!

Here we go again. The Democrat controlled Senate forces yet another Continuing Resolution (CR) discussion and threats of a Government Shutdown! Which again brings up all those questions of Base-line Budgeting and conveniently forgetting those Debt Ceiling “compromise” promises to cut, um, “reduce,” spending by anything and ram through more, and more, and more Government largess.

We have been here before and as long as Democrats control either portion of the Congress we will be here again. So, I urge you to demand (AGAIN) the passage of the following…

Essential Government Services Act
This Bill MUST be designed/developed and passed BEFORE the next Budget, Debt Ceiling, etc… crisis comes along to REMOVE any Demoncrat demagogy of the issues of what Government Services and Processes/Procedures remain in effect should (yeah right, when an eventual) GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN occur. No longer can the Democrats claim troops wouldn’t be paid, because payment to them would be assured under the Act. No longer would they claim Seniors wouldn’t get Social Security checks, because those being cut/sent would also be assured. Grossly reduced (say, 10% funding levels) to most Departments would be allowed to keep the Building lights on and Security Personnel to Guard them while their Staffs’ would be furloughed! What else would/should be defined in such an Act?!?!

Merge (SHRINK) Agriculture, Commerce, and others into Interior.
Energy should be broken into two parts with a minor role going into Interior and an aspect [Natl. Security (ref.)] going under Defense.
What other mergers, or entities within the Federal Govt. PHASED OUT (like CPB), so we can FIRE staff and reduce duties/responsibilities???
[NOTE: The reason I say merge to reduce rather than out-right eliminate moves us into the right direction -- face it folks, you still have to get elected -- we can PHASE THESE OUT returning the responsibilities back to the States where everything belongs.]

Obama snatching Surrender from the jaws of Victory?

So Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats have found their opportunity to keep their promise to Code Pink radicals (and those whom would impose yet another Dictatorship in Iraq) and enact the usual Democrat Surrender Doctrine (Democrats ALWAYS cut/weaken U.S.Defense) and fully withdraw from Iraq. They have spent years blaming Bush for everything while claiming the successes of the SOFA (Status Of Forces Agreement) that Bush put in place that has been slowly drawing down our Forces (in a gradual, controlled, and safe fashion). Just like Janet Incompatano and Obama like to claim credit for the record number of Border Patrol agents (Laws enacted under Bush that continued to gradually increase them) and “having more Agents than ever” (they lie and claim credit through implied statements by hiding behind a narrowly focused/defined truth (partial statement) – with the full intention to mislead), they have been taking credit for the Iraq Force draw-down.

In 2008 I pondered “Iraqis acquire SOFA, is a TV next?” (story below) only to find that staying on the road to Total Victory was NEVER a care or concern for Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats, regardless of what it may mean for the region and all we fought to obtain for the Iraqi people (and yes, our interests too). Bush’s failing was not putting in place a SOFA that would get us past Neville Chamberlain’s Presidency and allow us to keep the Military brass suggested levels of between 15,000-25,000 to continue stabilizing Iraq, protecting our Embassy, countering Iran, etc. Obama, as we know, has been blaming Bush for everything and now wants to blame the Iraqi’s for not being willing to agree to language to legally protect our troops that the Obama Administration never bothered to engage in discussing. They have been strictly running out the clock and counting down to this point when/where Obama would Surrender Iraq to the pressures of Iran from the East, and (our other supposed ally) Turkey (incursions against Kurds) from the North, and Syria to its West.

More can and could be said, but to anyone paying attention, you know… The brutal truth also is, the longer the factions in Libya would have continued to fight amongst themselves, the more stability we had in Iraq as some of the largest number of fighters coming from outside Iraq to fight us came from Libya – and Obama wants to help put them in power now.

Obama has left this INFANT Democracy on its own with the wolves ready to close in – “Good Luck not getting eaten kid” is Obama’s attitude. Instead, he’s more interested in helping to increase the power of the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorists… I wish the best for the Iraqi’s, because they sure won’t get any help going forward from this Administration.

Iraqis acquire SOFA, is a TV next? No, we’re not talking about Home Furnishings.

The SOFA (Status Of Forces Agreement) came to its finalization stages (signed off on by Iraqi Presidential Council) this past Thursday and to take effect (partially) January 1 (though, the full agreement implementation is pending referendum passage by Iraqis July 2009). The TV (Total Victory) will play out over the next few years as the US presence begins to withdraw from more locations (to defensive deployment positions) and Iraqi Police and Soldiers will have stepped-up responsibility, US troops to be able to leave Theater, with “complete withdrawal” (though that definition will not mean ALL US presence gone from Iraqi soil) by Jan. 2012. In the interim, US Troops will continue to train Iraqi Troops/Police and dissolve to the background more and more to support only roles – except in defence of direct attacks (of course) or “special circumstances” (read, Terrorist threat intervention).

Many will jump on the SOFA and argue the nuance of whether this is the end-table, to keep the furniture analogy, the “time-table,” “time-line,” or just “targets” (the something else) as argued through-out the 2008 US Presidential Election. Depends, of course, on who is insisting on doing Political Spin rather than speaking to the safety and security of our Troops and the long-term health of the new Iraq. The SOFA does allow for adjustments to the “target dates” should circumstances on the ground call for it – something that President Bush had been insisting be the case to protect all parties involved, as definitive “written in stone” planning only plays into the hands of those who will still wish to instill chaos and inflict casualties upon US troops as they redeploy. The SOFA was needed as the UN mandates expire.

My intent, in this blog, will not be to revisit History but some will insist on it. Whether somehow we could have held the Iraqi Armed Forces from complete breakdown upon Saddam’s fall is moot, they dissolved without our intervention. Contrary to anyone that would like to Monday morning Quarterback the Invasion, all circumstances could not been foretold (no crystal ball was available). Many in the Shiite and Kurdish areas had been counting on the US to “Liberate,” or at least provide the conditions for them to take up arms to over-throw Saddam, and when we opted for putting our own boots on the ground as-opposed to just providing Air (and other potentially limited ground) support – there was going to be sub-groups unhappy. Does anyone actually believe that if the Iraqi (Sunni) army been allowed to remain intact and used to go into Kurdish or Shiite areas they would be met with anything more than Armed resistance (probably by all, rather than just some)? These folks (Iraqi uniformed forces) are the ones seen as having perpetrated (on behalf of Saddam) the gassing and/or other mass-murders of fellow Iraqis. So, please – be real!

Kurdish resistance: was always expected to be the lightest, and was. The trouble there in the North of Iraq is that there is (and will always be) certain Militias (and some that we identify as Terrorist Groups/Cells) that will insist on an Independent Kurdistan (that they see as being parts of North Iraq and South Turkey). That is something that Turkey would never allow, and the Bush administration agreed, which is why the “3 State Solution” as a non-starter. You may recall some cross-border skirmishes that involve Turkish troops, but for the most part the Kurds were cooperative.

Shiite resistance, was always the biggest question mark. There was (and remains, potentially always will remain) a certain number of (think Sadr) Shiite Militias that are more interested in uniting with/under an Iranian Flag rather than the Iraqi Flag. This is the inner-Faith struggles amongst Muslim regions, rather than the borders of Iraq as they exist and was always planned to continue to exist!

So, again… Let’s be real as we look back and/or forward. There is NO CIRCUMSTANCE where there would be PEACE AND HARMONY right from the start, or after we “attempt” to leave and let a “FREE IRAQ” try to truly take root. Some of you want to still argue we should have let all that turmoil continue?!?!

There were always going to be pockets of resistance. Strategies may have indeed potentially allowed varying degrees of resistances in one area over another. Many Iraqis did see us as Liberation, but they too had unrealistic notions as to when and how the post-Saddam era would come to be and would shape-up. That is the struggle of a FREE PEOPLE now, to try and resolve things peacefully (as possible).

I thought I’d share my thoughts, in the form of the Op-Ed/Letter I’ve sent many outlets of the MSM….

I’d like to Thank the Media for showing us Tea Party folk the errors of our ways and how it is that we would also gain respect with MSM support and positive coverage – obviously you think we would be “better” if we were like the “Occupy” Thug-ocrats…

Better for the Tea Party to “occupy” and block traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue; like the Thug-ocrats did to the Brooklyn Bridge and across the Nation. We should BREAK-IN/occupy the US Senate chambers (Thug-ocrats did in Wisconsin (broke the law – busted into WI Capitol via side window)). US Senate Republicans (Tea Party supporters), should copy Demoncrat Thug-ocrat supporters and flee the territory (Demoncrats did from WI) and refuse to discuss any Legislation. Mistake of the Tea Party was leaving the Washington Mall cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived – should be turning it into a filth and squalor zones, as the Thug-ocrats do to areas.

“Occupy” crowd = “that is what Thug-ocracy looks like!”

Surely, the Tea Party will then get the respect and positive coverage you afford the “occupy” thugs. Right?

Our Principles are rooted in the Foundation and Philosophy of America’s Founding Fathers and American Exceptionalism, while the Thug-ocrats are rooted in Marx and Lenin.

Probably not, I don’t even expect the honesty/fairness of having this printed.

Right Winger applauds Obama (aka: Dead Terrorists)

So… We have a few more dead Terrorists at the hands of the Obama-bin-Biden administration. A Reaper (not a Predator, there is a difference) drone took out Al-Whacky and Con (yes, yes, yes, I purposefully MOCK their names).

Wait a minute… Weren’t these the folks that told us that bombing folks in Muslim countries only “creates more Terrorists?!?!” So, I guess the only conclusion we can draw is that Obama-bin-Biden & the al-Democrats want to create more people that Hate us. NO?

This administration that was constantly bemoaning the “War On Terror” (GWOT) and how it was being fought now seems to drone on and on about “Drones.” (yes, can’t pass the bad pun) It was the policy, except for the occasionally killing of a HVI (High Value Individual) to keep the Reaper Drone attacks (at least) QUIET, to NOT stir the pot over our engaging our enemies in the territory of our Allies. This Administration, of course, seems more concerned about angering/belittling our Allies and propping up our Nation’s enemies.

It is also worth reminding you folks that the Reaper Drones were a SECRET/COVERT; or as I said above, at least somewhat quiet; part of the War until the Democrats spilled the beans…

It would appear that the following Posters need to be put up all over Washington DC to remind Democrats that “Loose Lips Can Cost Lives” and while the old saying used to also have a “Loose Lips Sink Ships” variety – today it is “Loose Lips Will Ground Predators.” And to think these fools think it will be fine-and-dandy to have Trials for Terrorists in standard Court rooms for other fools of their ilk to spill information that needs to remain Secret (or, at least, unconfirmed speculation/rumor)…

The (fairly new and fragile) Government of Pakistan was dealt a blow against “Trust” within its own borders when Diane Feinstein (D-CA, Senate Intelligence Committee Chair) “blabbed” during a hearing before her committee Thursday: “Mr. Holbrooke in Pakistan ran into considerable concern about the use of Predator strikes in the FATA [Federally Administered Tribal Area: map] area of Pakistan and yet as I understand it these are flown out of a Pakistani base.” A spokesman for the Senator, in response to a Foxnews inquiry, stated that the Senator was referring to this Washington Post 03.27.2008: U.S. Steps Up Unilateral Strikes In Pakistan article. Blabbermouth’s staff would have us believe it would be acceptable to discuss unconfirmed speculative reporting in these hearings then, as long as they are not confirming or denying the report?!?!

The United States and Pakistan Governments have been very careful and guarded of any information released regarding Strikes within Pakistan borders by the U.S. military (or other agencies). This was to protect Operational Secrets from our enemies and to shield the unease that the elected government of Pakistan (has with Tribal groups) with relation to its “admitted” cooperation in the GWOT. While we have no “transparency” between its own citizens and the U.S. Federal Government, with regard to the operation of our own government in regard to legislation (passing the Stimulus), it would appear Democrats have no problem having GWOT Operational transparency with our enemies.

Seen the latest attempts of the Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats running a web-site for folks to report (supposed) “attacks” on them?!?! I don’t recall what it is called and it is NOT worth the two seconds it would take for me to look it up; something “Watch;” as we’ve been down this road before (story below). This is yet another FRONT for Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats to have their cronies spread distortions, rumors, and outright lies, about those that oppose them under the ‘guise of people reporting “inaccuracies” about Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats two-faced, false/empty promises, campaigning, and to shift focus to their (once again, and ALWAYS) playing the Victim.

Need I remind from 2009 the Flag@whithouse.gov controversy and boondoggle…. This will be more of the same….

The Leftist fools think the story is over, but it is only beginning. The removal of the Flag@whithouse.gov email address on the OFFICIAL whitehouse.gov Government website Server has bound them to Laws they are used to ignoring and got called on. We cannot allow this story to end here with their tacit (implied/silent) admission of a “mistake” but, of course, no admission of wrong-doing.

Who knew What? and When did they Know it?!?!?

The seriousness of the allegations demand an Independent Investigation and explanation? Remember that “STANDARD” as set by Democrats!?!? So, when will the Emails, Address Lists, etc, be turned over to the FBI for Investigation as to the questions that are outstanding and will be pointed out in this Diary.

First, the background: I’m an IT guy and it was my career/profession for 25 years!!! There are many other “IT” folks here at RedState and we know full well this stinks to high heaven from an IT basic practices standpoint alone as well as all those pesky little Laws.

Having heard all the reports and read many of the discussions on the topic, I decided to report myself to (Flag@wh), appears I was one of the last to get it through as the address is now no longer valid.

I reported one of my email addresses by using/sending through another one of my email addresses lol…. (CC’ing a few folks with it) knowing that the Law required them to keep it on file and wanting to see if they were still STUPID enough to still be adding people’s email addresses sent in to receive their unsolicited/unwanted SPAM (a, thanks for sending to flag@… blah, blah, blah, of course, would be an acceptable/reasonable COURTESY but anything beyond that) and (if no other reason) to have in their permanent files (if they are NOT just ignoring that law) my objections to the HC BS I sent my entire RS Diary (Democrat Health Care Town-halls propaganda – a place to report the Democrats’ Talking Points (read: Lies) and refute them with specifics) as in-line text. They, it appears, stopped the practice of mining the email addresses of enemies (or, at least, stopped sending things out to those added to whatever list) at that point as I hadn’t received anything back as acknowledgement to the one email for writing into flag@wh or the other email address I was “reporting.” Nor had I received any response to the “supposed” misinformation there-in.

The trouble, of course, is we are still not getting the follow-up needed to pressure the questioning of whether they are obeying the law and maintaining the emails on file and getting to the real (obvious) truth that regardless of how the emails were sent/forwarded to flag@wh they violated so many other laws by mining the email addresses from those sent in and compiled to (whatever they want to call) a list we all know (through others experiencing it first hand unsolicited returns) they compiled.

This story is NOT complete and pressure must be kept up to get the answers to those (some follow) questions!!!! A couple (at least) real questions remain…

1. REGARDLESS, of the BS excuses as to how the WH wishes to SPIN how the emails landed up at/on the Flag@wh email server…. HOW did (and who specifically did it – Campaign workers or Federal Govt employees or automated data-mining reader program) the email addresses get mined?!?!?!

2. TO WHAT LIST were those email addresses mined added to?!?!? Specifically!!! What is the complete list, where/who maintains it, who has access to send propaganda out via it?!?!?!

3. What Agency will be leading the Investigation?!?! PROVE that the WH is obeying the Law that all correspondence sent to the WH, including via email (ON THIS OFFICIAL WH GOVT. SERVER) is being maintained!!!!! Provide access to all the emails for review!!!!! Let those who have been SPAMMED now be able to search/review (on their own or via FBI INVESTIGATION) in what manner their email address was “SHARED” with the WH?!?!?!

Keep sending your “concerns” to FOX (the only Network challenging the ObamaBinBiden admin on their violations of Federal Law in these regards) to keep asking the unresolved questions. They cannot just be let off the hook now because they stopped SPAMMING, for now, and shutdown the site. LAWS HAVE BEEN BROKEN IN ONE SHAPE OR ANOTHER AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW — WHAT DID THEY KNOW AND WHEN DID THEY KNOW IT???

What shenanigans will be going on with the whitehouse.gov/realitycheck page?? I have gone to the propaganda page and clicked the “contact” link to pass my thoughts along, like I did via email to flag@whitehouse.gov — interesting interaction thus far…

First, I put in my information and I clicked the “I want a response” (as well as the sign-up for emails) check-box and await response(s) which I’ll come back and add concerns regarding via a comment response into the Diary as we go along (so keep checking back and/or report your own interactions here).

What is really interesting, however, is that when I submitted the information the “verification box” (reCAPTCHA) DIDN’T WORK!! That’s right, that “extra step” they insist they are taking didn’t work. I accidentally (very fortuitously) got an extra letter in one of the words that I was required to put in YET it didn’t error. I was taken directly to the “Thank You” exit page!!! I went back and did other comments to test it and it doesn’t matter what you put in!!! (last tested ~~8/18 14:35EST~~ Thu. Aug. 20 00:15EST)

So there care and/or supposed concern is BOGUS!!!

The responses were of typical Conservative fare courting the Tea Party audience from all the Candidates; with perpetually running Candidate, for one office or another for decades, Scotty Bowman going off into usual “Drug legalization” points regardless of the question. Several pointed out that Pete Hoekstra’s (CINO/CCINO/Holland MI) record (with many specific vote examples given) record doesn’t match his current Conservative rhetoric.

The biggest issue, for Conservatives looking to have a real Conservative nominated for the GOP US Senate 2012 seat challenge to Debbie Stabenow, was it seemed clear; according to the Tea Party groups information tables; that each Tea Party was backing a different Candidate. Unless the Tea Party groups across the state of Michigan come together for a consensus Candidate, it will potentially probably split the vote leaving it open for yet another CINO to take the early 2012 Primary and leaving an un-enthused crowd for the 2012 General Election.

Community members listened to Republican candidates square off against each other to decide who would run against Democratic U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow in 2012.

The Tea Party Patriots from several mid-Michigan counties hosted a forum for the candidates in Dewitt on Thursday evening.

Hundreds of people braved the rain to watch a battle unfold. The forum featured 6 Republican candidates, fighting to replace Democratic incumbent Debbie Stabanow.

“We need to replace her she’s not a good leader, we need to go in the other direction,” said U.S. Senate Candidate Randy Hekman.

During the forum each candidate answered 5 questions about why he should replace Stabenow.

“We need another direction. I’ve reformed Washington before and, I’ll do it again,” said Pete Hoekstra.

“For forty years I’ve done work to help people. At my college I started a publication in primus and I started the alternatives program,” said Clark Durant.

Every man towed his own agenda, but they danced around some key issues, such as fixing the economy.

“I am willing to sign the pledge on raising no taxes under any circumstances,” said Scotty Boman.

“We need to cut spending. We need to balance the budget,” said Peter Konetchy.

Some candidates prided themselves on sticking to the constitution.

“To fix this country we need to stick the constitutional principles this nation was founded on. I would consider my self a Tea Party activist,” said Gary Glenn.

Afterwards attendees voted on who they liked the best and some really took the task to heart.

“There are so many emotions to filter through and I’m still learning about the candidates I’m taking notes on their three important issues. The most important thing to me is finding jobs,” said Dewitt resident, Deb Devries.

“I know who I’m not voting for. I don’t want another Washington insider,” said Joe Lenard, Tea Party supporter.

Only one Republican can face off against Stabenow in 2012, so until the primary it’s every man for himself.

Two other candidates also plan to run for the senate seat but didn’t finish their paperwork in time for the forum.

The primaries are scheduled for next summer.

Hollywood Hate-fest (2011 edition)

The Hollywood (Liberals) Hate-fest and urge to reinforce the Indoctrination foundation they lay through the schools of everything positive about Liberal/Progressive solutions to the ills of the Country/Planet and mocking of anything/everything “Conservative.” This also, of course, includes their disdain for Military (and Freedom-Fighting)… Coming soon to a Theater near you are more of the usual-suspect and retread plots of anti-Americanism. which leads me to have to ask: Will any PROTESTS be coming soon to those Theaters near you that show them?!?!? It would NOT be unprecedented – people were out protesting Dan Brown’s: Da Vinci Code, at Theaters all across ~~America~~ the Planet (info) yet Michael Moore-on films keep coming to Indoctrinate your kids and we see no challenges.

With the 2012 campaign season beginning, this Fall you will begin to again see a steady diet of Indoctrination laden messages in films of every type – they especially like (lately) to hide those “Conservatives” (Republicans) are stupid messages in Comedy fair (discussed later) where they can just (not so subtly) mock. Some will out-right blatant, such as the “Ides Of March” (2011) coming from George Clooney. All through 2012 you’ll be seeing the films step up their Indoctrination within the scripts to influence the 2012 election (they are desperate in Hollywood, so it may be even thicker than usual). Coming soon too is the Enviro-wacko message laden “Happy Feet Two” (2011) designed to have your kids drag you to the movie to see the cute “cartoon” with the (completely out in the open) Political Indoctrination intent (the “we’re killing the Planet” and “Global Warming” – the sky is falling – messages).

Oh, there’s plenty more (I’m not going to get through all of them here)… “Like Crazy” (2011) is an “open borders” immigration (they think they are being cute, clever, and subtle with it) message. While “Big Miracle” (2011) brings the Whale Wars (anti-Whaling) theme to the Big screen. Did you miss (animated/Pixar) “Cars 2” (2011) is a barrage of anti-Oil/anti-Corporate messages. Since I’m back on animated films to indoctrinate the kids with, I’ll go a few years back to mention – one of my all time favorite animated films – “WALL-E” (2008) with its Environmentalism, anti-Corporate, and direct stab at Walmart/Sams Club.

Now, let me take a break and state that your local Theater is, of course, not at fault for these films appearing there – at least, normally. Except for those ultra-Liberal Independent “Artsy” Theaters that go out of their way to find and show any and all anti-Americanism films as possible from any and all obscure sources, most Theaters operate under Distribution agreements and are (more or less) obligated to put the films on-screen — but that doesn’t mean they can, could, or should, not be the focal point for showing our disdain for these pieces of trash that Liberals keep trying to shove down the throat of Americans as more of the same in the way of Continued Liberal-bent Indoctrination through trying to hide their messages in these films under the ‘guise of “Entertainment” upon some of the unsuspecting Politically Brain-dead masses (or worse, their desire to continue the brain-washing of your kids from out of the local Classrooms and into the Movie Theater).

What am I specifically talking about? What should be targeted? Last year we got these films…

“Brothers,” for one!! [Official Movie site] Trust me, you’ve already seen this basic “concept” as the “Romantic interests” sub-plot from “Pearl Harbor.” Basically: Soldier supposedly dies; wife (or girlfriend, whatever) moves on, in the case of Brothers the wife becomes involved with the Soldiers’ literal (not figurative) Brother; Soldier isn’t dead and comes back; and the usual anti-Military, pro-appeasement, we should NEVER Fight anyone even if they attack us message, goes on to attempt to imply that all Soldiers go crazy because they were Soldiers, are unstable, etc. The – this is what always happens to/with Military folk BS message as their argument for their Surrender Doctrine.

“Dear John,” for another!! [Official Movie site]. Is anything other than the Title need be mentioned for you to understand that you know exactly what this script portrays. This film’s sole “Make Love Not War” message is that “Military = Bad” (unless Democrats are in charge during Peace so it can be just another “Jobs” and “Education” Program), how it ‘changes’ folks and not for the better, tears couples/families apart, and on and on and on.

These films, of course, always/only focus on the EXCEPTIONS and never the rule that most our Military men and women are very fine, safe, sane, responsible, loving, FREEDOM LOVING, Americans!

These are, of course, only two of countless that I could go on to mention. You get the point! Now, What are you going to do about them??

The remainder of 2011 and through 2012 will focus less on anti-military theme and more direct anti-Conservatism (or anti-Republican) bias (like I go into more in the original: Movies and Politics — The Hollywood Hate-fest), as I touched on at the beginning of this article. I fully even expect the upcoming comedy “Tower Heist” (2011); which I expect to be funny, and I expect to go see; to be Left-laden (as it deals with a Bernie Madoff type theme and rest assured, he’ll be painted as an evil Republican and those hard-working stiffs he rips off as victim Liberals/Democrats). Likewise, I’ll mention, “Margin Call” (2011) and anti-Corporate, anti-Wall Street, and Class Warfare, to help reinforce Obama’s rhetoric and upcoming Election year posturing.

There are some bright spots. Several more in Hollywood have openly declared themselves to either be full-fledged Conservatives, or at least Republican, rather than full-blown Leftist Democrats. Those increasing ranks are banding together in pushing more (at least, unbiased, plain entertainment if not actual) Conservative values based films. “7 Days in Utopia” (late Summer 2011), “Soul Surfer” (2010, now on DVD), “Courageous” (Fall 2011 / pictured above) [Official Movie site], among others; though those I mentioned there have Religious value underpinnings, other Liberal-bias free films do not (my favorite comedy: “An American Carol” – available on DVD). Make no mistake though, by a huge majority Hollywood still doesn’t just lean Left it’s plain fallen over onto its Left side lol.

from the Studio and Producers of “The Blind Side” comes “Dolphin Tale” (2011) [Official Movie site], Trailer/Preview above, and it is as cute as the double meaning tail/tale implies. You might be concerned about the potential Veggie-politics, opening credits scenes, anti-fishing message, but this film does NOT dwell on such – it is a true story and it is relevant. Nor is this an anti-Military film, the Wounded-Warrior element is critical to the true story and our men and women in uniform are treated with honor and dignity. Despite the movies star Morgan Freeman’s recent Race-baiting (below), this film is very worthy of your entertainment dollars.

Perhaps buy tickets to another movie (say “Courageous,” “7 Days In Utopia,” or “Drive” even; if you want to avoid financially supporting Left-wing Actors/Actresses; to support them more financially but then sit in on “Dolphin Tale” if you want to see it (especially with your kids) — or wait and rent it for $1 from a RedBox when it comes available.

“FREEDOM To Work” Legislation in Michigan report

I attended a (Tue. Sep. 21) “‘Freedom To Work’ Legislation discussion”. Here is a brief report of some of what was discussed…

What the key presenter (from: Union Conservatives) wanted to make clear from the start was that the issue is NOT anti-Union, nor Union busting; as he IS a UAW member currently; but was/is about Freedom Of Choice (further, Freedom of Association / U.S.Constitution Amendment 1 (extended SCOTUS rulings)). The Freedom (Individual Liberty) to Join, or not, and to Pay, or not! An actual “choice” or Freedom, NOT extortion and forced participation (forced Union-ism).

The Left (Liberals/Progressives) insist that every woman be given the choice as to whether to abort an unborn child, but they do NOT want you to have your Constitutional Right (Freedom of Association) to CHOOSE whether or NOT to join a Union of your own free will and inclination; or NOT! The Union Leadership wants to continue (what they obtained about a half-century ago) their; monopoly within some businesses and forced dues collection; forced Union membership — NEVER to compete in the realm of ideas as to why one would want (choose) to join their Union. This is a violation of your Rights (USC First Amendment; Freedom of Association, or to NOT associate).

Many know about the Boeing/NLRB battle over SC plant/jobs, but few know that Michigan could have had those jobs if it had moved on “Freedom To Work” before. Boeing visited, and considered, refurbishing a Willow Run, MI. (see story: Michigan bids for Boeing plant) plant for its Dreamliner, but opted for South Carolina because of its “Right To Work” status.

It doesn’t take a Rocket scientist or Statistician to understand that Michigan is on the losing end of the Jobs market, and is in steep decline. One just has to talk to Family, Friends, and/or Neighbors, to find stories of those who have had to take up roots from Michigan to go somewhere else in order to have meaningful (if any at all) employment. Here are those FACTS that back up that anecdotal evidence…

“In 2010 alone, Michigan lost 11.7% of its union workers*” (from 710,000 to 627,000).
“Between 2000 and 2008, 4.8 million people moved from the 28 forced union states to the 22 Right To Work states – that’s one person every minute of every day.**”

Over the past decade Right To Work (RTW) states grew faster in nearly every respect than Forced Union (FU) counterparts**:

2000 – 2009 Growth — RTW versus FU –
Gross state product / RTW: +54.6% / FU: +41.1%
Personal income / RTW: +53.3% / FU: +40.6%
Population size / RTW: +11.9% / FU: +6.1%
Payrolls/Wages / RTW: +4.1% / FU: -0.6%

Likewise, “gainers” versus “losers” in Private sector jobs growth is easy to understand/see (1999-2009)***:
The top five States (gainers) being Texas (+866,000), Florida (+291,600), Arizona (+194,800), Virginia (+138,400), and Nevada (+124,500), are ALL Right To Work States! While the bottom (losers) five: California (-170,400), Indiana (-225,300), Illinois (-332,700), Ohio (-508,200), and (last, 50th, with the most losses) Michigan (-687,600).

Wonder why some States went Blue in 2008? These statistics explain that if you factor in the [despite (R) 2010 gains] Exporting/Expanding BLUE-ism process, as folks escape Forced Union States for Right To Work States.

A brief aside: I am glad for the change in terms to “Freedom To Work” as the old “Right To Work” sounded much more like a Union leadership mentality (SOCIALIST) term suggesting someone has the RIGHT to their job no matter how lazy or horrible they are at their job (think Teacher tenure)!

“Freedom To Work” Legislation does NOT yet have a Bill number, but is easily identifiable by its name.

Key Legislators (sponsors), in this process, are Representative Mike Shirkey (MI-House #65) and Senator Patrick Colbeck**** (MI-Senate #7).
Call and/or Write your favorite Michigan Representatives to pressure them to co-sponsor any such Legislation!!

Anyone whose taken my MSM (Spin the Story) Challenge knows this was an easy one for them and that this strategy/tactic will continue.

“There is a Black cloud hanging over America – the Debt…” was the quote, and those last two key words were left off so that the commentators could engage in the race-baiting. Those last two words, and even more clarifying ones that followed, make all the difference in the world and why they (again, with willful, purposeful, and malice of forethought) left them off the sound-bite clip they played.

Who said “THE DEBT” is a “Black Cloud” hanging over America? Does it matter? Who said it; wasn’t Romney, this time; and whether you personally like the person who did say it; is a distraction of/from the point. You knew, and know going forward, they will NEVER do that to a Liberal/Progressive/Democrat and do that (every chance they get) to a Conservative or anyone that poses a threat to Liberals/Progressives controlling the Government! Notice too how there is no discussion in the MSM regarding Democratic operatives starting to refer to Mitt Romney as “weird,” which is Liberal code for “Mormon.” Again, regardless of what you think of Romney personally and/or his policies IS NOT THE POINT. It is about the double-standards in the way the Liberal MSM decides on and portrays (read: slants) coverage.

It is such a shame, but their are still plenty of Brain-Dead (ObamaZombies) folks out there that don’t understand how this game is played time after time to manipulate them into voting for Liberals/Progressives. Base-line Budgeting for Dummies

For starters, one must understand the premise/concept and basic math of: $40 (forty dollars) is MORE, not less, than $20 (twenty dollars). If you can handle this simple concept and figures, you too can follow (the Democrat LIES of) Base-line Budgeting! So, read on (as well as, share this with the countless people you know that don’t grasp the concept. From the hard working; well-intentioned but honestly; yet ill-informed folks to the out-right Brain-Dead fools. If you are one of those honest folks who just haven’t learned the process yet, I apologize for the tone that is intended-at/targeting Lazy Liberals/Progressives – we are ALL ignorant of some subject matter until we take the time to educate our-self. Liberals often know, but LIE about it and treat you like, pretend you are, an idiot)…

Some think the best way through to a lazy persons brain is through their stomach, so let’s go that route… This is the story of a hungry person and Dinner options. With me so far?

The Big-Bad-Wolfer comes to/for the Burger, the Sirloin steak, and the Fillet Mignon (wolfer… hungry… eating… ah never-mind…) on his/her menu at their favorite Steak place. (Pick your audience’s favorite Steak place to customize the lesson to get the taste-buds involved, and their full attention; and this Three Little Pigs type analogy might sink into the Child-like brain.)

$20 (twenty dollars): Every day for the last year our hungry, hungry, hypocrite (read: Liberal/Progressive; and yes, another pun… visit Toys-R-Us if you don’t get it) has been ordering: a Burger, Fries, a Soda-Pop, and a piece of Cake. This, with SALES-TAX (can’t forget that) and TIP (assuming our Lib isn’t the usual cheap-skate), comes to $20 (that’s twenty dollars, pick Pesos, Euros, Loonies (see: Canada), or whatever else if you think it will help).

$50 (fifty dollars): Craving something upscale, our friend decides that the next time he/she will go for the Fillet Mignon selection; and an upgrade to Wine over Soda-Pop. The PROJECTED BUDGET final cost: $50 (fifty dollars).

$40 (forty dollars): Once seated, with the chair ever stressing and straining to hold, our Liberal “agrees” with their spouse to order the Sirloin steak, and a Beer, instead. The NEW PROJECTED final cost: $40 (forty dollars).

The simple Math equation [link tag #math]:
Both $50 (fifty dollars) and $40 (forty dollars) are more than $20 (twenty dollars). Yes?
20 (twenty) less 40 (forty) equals 20- (negative twenty).
20 (twenty) MORE than our original 20 (twenty); or our 20- (negative twenty), 20 (twenty) additional dollars lightening of our wallet; is a 100% (one-hundred percent) increase, growth, it’s a bigger number, etc.
For crying-out-loud, my neighborhood’s pre-school kids can understand this, why can’t Liberals/Progressives?!?! Heck, I think my Pets grasp this better than Democrats.

$15 (fifteen dollars): The only way to get a Budget CUT would be to just order: a Burger, Fries, glass of Water, and Vanilla Pudding, for $15 (fifteen dollars). That, Liberals, get out your calculator (or Laptop Excel spreadsheet), would be a CUT in spending of a REAL/ACTUAL $5 (five dollars) or 25% (twenty-five percent).

It is no simpler than that! Liberals/Progressives/Democrats use the $50 (fifty) to $40 (forty) example; for their percentile “cuts” their MSM quote/report them, rather than call them, on; for FALSE/FICTICIOUS/PHONY/PRETEND “cuts” (re-defining terms, lying about “What the definition of ‘is’ is”) rather than the ACTUAL/REAL cuts of going from our current $20 (twenty) to actual/real future $15 (fifteen) basic mathematics example. A Liberals/Progressives 100% (one-hundred percent) increase (PROJECTED Budget reduction) is magically reported, falsely, as a 20% (twenty percent) “CUT“/decrease. The numbers are only ?slightly? different, in Trillions of dollars, as a matter of fact, and reported in percentages over a projected 10 (ten) year period. Over that time, the Liberals/Progressives will just ‘conveniently’ forget their promises (read: lies) and increase spending even well beyond the proposed reduced projected amounts and inflating the Deficit and Debt; at an every increasing rate and scope (those percentages “compound” – you Lib’s can look that one up yourself – over time).

Even if you followed the LOGIC and Common-sense; not Liberal feel-good, warm-fuzzies, twisted re-definition of terms, etc; read through the recap and beyond.

RECAP: [link tag #recap] If Mr. Wolf has been spending $20 for Dinner everyday for the last month. Wolf decides to splurge and plans to spend $50 the next time out to Dinner. However, Wolf changes his mind and spends only $40. Wolf did NOT just CUT 20% (or $10) from Spending! He Reduced the Budgeted, Projected Spending, by 20% ($10) – He did NOT CUT Spending. It increased by 100% ($20). This is NOT an Obamao-nomics fuzzy-math, depends on what the definition of “is” is, 20% CUT. If we were further play the Democrats’ game of ‘over X years time-frame’ this would be reducing his Dinner by a penny a day for the next 2 years [no, that is not the actual math, save your energy rather than complaining] – again, it would all be empty promises, smoke-and-mirrors, LYING, etc…

Again, briefly: Was spending $20, considered/planned/wanted spending $50, but (reduced projected spending from $50 to) $40 was final next time spending. That is 100% ($20) MORE (Growth/Increase) in spending, NOT an actual CUT!

Likewise: [link tag #likewise] If you have $20 (twenty dollars) in your Left pocket and a Credit-card in the other. What time did the train leave Toledo (er… wait, not that kind of question lol)… If your Bill is $20 (twenty dollars) but you take out and put back the $20 (twenty dollars) from your Left pocket in order to use your Credit-card — Did you save $20 (twenty dollars)?
NO DUMMY, you didn’t… you just spent more like $22 (twenty-two dollars) for Dinner – you have to pay that eventually – by the time your fees and interest are piled (compounded, that word again) on top of the cost. That, again, is more Liberal/Progressive pretzel-logic to somehow believe they just saved 20 (twenty) bucks. This is, of course, what we’re doing in DC (charging every $0.40 (forty cents) of every dollar we spend on our CHINESE CREDIT-CARD).

I could go on about more Obamao-nomics (really, lack of true Economics of any Liberal/Progressive policies) and how MATH works in the real world (outside of Washington DC), but Liberal/Progressive brains are (no doubt) about ready to explode just trying to condense this to usable information.

The bottom line, Fact is, that even the Paul Ryan (R) plan increases spending over the next projected 10 (ten) years – it just does so at a lower rate of growth, which eventually (over time) lowers the Federal Budget as a percentage of GDP. Actual/Real cuts are needed in many Departments, especially those that have been so grossly artificially inflated (the other aspect of Baselining, the MSM won’t tell you about, and of future increases) by Obama’s first Budget (when the Liberals/Progressives/Democrats controlled the POTUS, House, and a Super-majority Senate) and the (for those paying attention and willing to look, the not so HIDDEN agenda of the) Stimulus (Government expansion, less than 8% (eight percent) of that 800 Billion went to Infrastructure) funding! Barack Oblunder admits his Failure!

I could hardly believe my ears, I had to play it back a few more times, but it didn’t take long into Oblunder’s speech today (Mon. 8/8 re: S&P AA+ rating) for him to finally slip up and admit the Obama-bin-Biden admin. & al-Democrats failings.

It didn’t take a downgrade for us to understand that a “BALANCED” approach to Debt and Deficit reduction was needed… (the key statement) “… it was true when I took Office…”

Stop right there, we need hear no more to know that everything was/is indeed his failings.

“… it was true when I took Office…” — YES WE CAN … er… YES IT WAS! Yet, despite all his promises (read: LIES) about concern over Debt and Deficits during his campaigning for the POTUS; Conservatives warned anyone and everyone that would listen, and was known by anyone that looked at Balock[head] Obama’s record knew; Obama did exactly the opposite and that he would never be more than the usual big spending Liberal/Progressive.

Need we remind you that the “Debt Man Talking” took office it was Obama that had to invoke the second portion of TARP. It was designed so that the new POTUS, as of 2008, would make the determination whether the additional 350 Billion were required. Obama and the DEMOCRAT/PROGRESSSIVE controlled House and Senate jumped at the chance to use that 350 Billion to buy favor on Wall Street!

More Democrat Money Laundering was undertaken with the quick passing of the Stimulus Bill (read: additional Obama Stash slush fund – which set new Base-Line Budgeting levels to grow yet even more upon) by the DEMOCRAT/PROGRESSIVE controlled House and Senate. If the Democrats wanted to cut (or even slow) spending and raise Taxes, they very much could have at any time (even during the lame duck session) before the Conservative members (it was a Tea Party / Conservative Revolution, from the 2010 elections) took office. YES WE CAN – but No they did not!

This is ALL on him and the Democrats. Since the Tea Party has gained effective influence (and Republican control) of the House, the issues of Spending and Taxes have been nothing but Political fodder for demagoguery (Children Will Die meme). Since Obama-bin-Biden & al-Democrats took office it has been nothing but the usual Democrat Money Laundering and since the 2010 elections nothing more than the Democrat strategy of Political Extortion and Psychological Projection, as usual!. Need we remind, again, the additional FACT in Extortion/Projection and STOP TALKING, START LEGISLATING! that the Democrat Senate has failed to pass a Budget in over 800 days!

The Facts are clear and the “Contrast for America” has also never been more clear. The election of ANY Democrat, in 2012, hands more power back to the ultra-Liberal/Progressive Democrat leadership of Pelosi, Hoyer, Reid, Kerry, etc…

FACT: The House of Representatives (controlled by Republicans) have passed a Bill regarding the FAA EAS (Essential Air Service) and the Senate (controlled by Democrats) have NOT!

FACT: The House of Representatives (controlled by Republicans) had passed a Bill (Cut, Cap, Balance) regarding the Debt Ceiling (in advance of the deadline) and the Senate (controlled by Democrats) had NOT and refused to honestly debate the House Bill or submit a Bill of their own.

Yet, you will see (now about the FAA EAS issue as was true of the Debt Ceiling issue) all over the airwaves Democrats (engaging in their usual Thug politics) insisting that it is Republicans that are “manufacturing crisis’.”

The FACTS reflect that it is the Democrats of the Senate; whom are also engaging in the “Terrorist,” “Hostage Takers,” and accusations of “Extortion” (we’ve been through this before: Extortion, pure and simple (to raise taxes or avoid/enact legislation)) rhetoric; that have/are purposefully, willfully, and with malice of forethought, undertaking the tactics of stalling, delay, deflect, neglect, and deploying Psychological Projection (Political Psychology coupled with MSM spin/bias) tactics in order to attempt to extort concessions from the House. Again: The House (Republicans) have acted and the Senate (Democrats) have NOT – it is the DO NOTHING SENATE DEMOCRATS (and no MSM “Party of NO” about them) that have caused this crisis. No-one in the MSM asks the Democrats: Why have you not acted upon the House legislation? or Where is your (Senate) Bill?

We see this over and over. Unfortunately, the morons that are the Democrat Party base; and the MSM as willing accomplices; fall for the rhetoric over the FACTS every time!

Further background: Obama, at a Presser yesterday (Wed. 8/3) morning, used the tamer version of (hinting at), what I coined as, the Children Will Die meme over the FAA unable to collect the EAS (Essential Air Service) Fees because the Senate refused to pass the Bill passed to it from the House extending the FAA (including EAS Fees) authority – hence the partial shutdown/furlough of the FAA. None of this, of course, is effecting any Air travelers AT ALL, not even (yet) those getting those pathetic subsidized Airfares from/to those remote Airports (mainly Congress-critters and Senate-dwellers use) as while they aren’t collecting the Airline Ticket Fee for it, they are still subsidizing the Flights! Obama proclaimed: ‘At a time when we are struggle for funds for Education and Head Start,’ lamenting the loss of Millions that the FAA is NOT collecting daily over the small Airport subsidization fees and the usual rhetoric about a “CLEAN BILL” being needed – meaning, Republicans are expected to succumb to the extortion and just give Democrats exactly what they want, no actual compromise. All because the Democrats have (in their time tested and often repeated tactic) manufactured the crisis – having waited until the last minute, rather than dealing/debating/legislating it in advance! The Senate Democrats, and other mouth-pieces, have (again) purposefully, willfully, and with malice of forethought, waited until the House has recessed before engaging in the Political Psychology of Projecting unto others what they are guilty of doing each and every time to force more Spending, more Taxes, more Government, more, more, more, more, more! Plus – Obama is using the House recess as his basis for moaning that they should be addressing that rather than going home – while he, meanwhile, goes to Chicago for yet another fundraiser (and no doubt more Golfing).

This just goes to show we can/will survive with, at least several Agencies of, the Federal Government furloughed! Specifically, in this case, the Airways are perfectly safe with these Tax Collector division of the FAA furloughed and not collecting these Airline fees. The critical FAA employees are on duty! Once again, Obama has been completely AWOL on this (as every other) issue until the last minute, when he can demagogue it!

That’s right, that’s the message the Demoncrats want you to be aware of! If you don’t increase the budget of the Department of Education: CHILDREN WILL DIE! We’ve heard this before, remember the Dems claim: ‘Rep (HC) plan: Die Quickly’?!?! It’s coming soon, again.

Despite the Fact that the new budget deals do NOT cut spending by 1 penny, we are supposed to believe that this is a great deal and that spending is being reduced. It is, of course, the usual Base-line Budgeting gimmickry, with just a slight reduction in the rate of growth in Defense spending while all other Government departments get their full 8 percent (about) increases. When it comes time that the plan FAILS, as the Obama-bin-Biden administration and the al-Democrat terrorists will characterize, the attempt to shrink government “YET” the economy declines – the evil Republicans and the “FAILED” attempt to “CUT” Government spending, and there must be MORE STIMULUS, more Government spending, and an increase in Taxes! Again, despite that FACT that there are zip, zero, nada, actual/real cuts in spending in this plan.

What this plan does call for is that favorite Congressional dodge: Triggers. What is threatened to be triggered?!?! If Congress fails in its mission; which Obama-bin-Biden and al-Democrat terrorists will ensure does happen; there will be “DRASTIC CUTS TO MEDICARE” (heard that meme before?), as if the “Doctor fix” isn’t quickly and without fanfare passed every year to immediately cancel out any such ‘reductions’ (NOT CUTS) *AND* the usual Democrat target of DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CUTS. What will happen, of course, is that the CUTS (yes, actually reductions in rate of growth) will be implemented and that is NOT supposed to adversely effect our Troops BUT DON’T YOU EVEN DARE SUGGEST that the Department of Education face a “REDUCTION IN THE RATE OF GROWTH” (NOT any cut) and “CHILDREN WILL DIE” if it were to happen! Obama, who worried so much that the Troops might not get paid if he didn’t get a Debt deal (yeah right, he cared), will be more than happy to reduce our Military projected spending (as Democrats always do) and cut our Troops short of Pay? Well, at least the Democrats don’t care if our Troops have enough bullets to fight with – we should be using Daisies anyway, after all, right?

Every other area of Government gets an automatic PASS! No ‘trigger’ to threaten the automatic growth of the FCC (looking to put Net-Neutrality into effect, going around Congress), or the EPA (looking to enact Cap-And-Tax tenants (How/Why MI Officials spin CAT being “okay” (the jackACES Act (Clean Energy) 44 Dems Against while only 8 Reps for)) – again, going around Congress), nor the Department of Energy (whose sole duty under the Obama-bin-Biden administration is to stamp DECLINED on any Oil permits), nor any “CUTS” (er, “reductions” to the rate of growth) to HHS (which is designing the Death Panels guidelines and Obamaocare Tax increases), and I could go on and on.

Troops, actually in harms way at the end of the barrel of the guns of our Nations enemies somehow don’t need or deserve any increase in their Pay/Budget, but if you don’t increase the budget of the Department of Education: CHILDREN WILL DIE! If you do NOT allow a Base-line Budget increase of about eight percent to the Department of Education to pad the salaries of Government bureaucrats, pad their pensions, inflate their benefits, somehow that would mean Children would go hungry (THEY’LL STARVE!!) and some will inevitably die!

This is as equally predictable as the pathetic snookering we’re expected to accept as some kind of Victory for the Tea-Party because there are “CUTS” (Nope, barely any ‘reduction’) to spending and no “immediate” Tax increases (they are coming automatically with the Bush Tax Rates in 2013 and all those Taxes in Obamaocare (as discussed: here, here, here, here, here, HR3926 here, here, here plus here, and here, or abbreviated: HC issues summary there.)). So remember, it’s more of the same: Surrender Doctrine (Democrats ALWAYS cut/weaken U.S.Defense) and Republicans want Children To Die on top of the Dems: ‘Rep HC plan: Die Quickly’ baseless Welfare Reform attacks, Republicans want to throw Grandma off the cliff (as you’ve seen the commercials already) repeats!

We all know that the traditional Main-stream Media (bias) (take the “Pretend you’re a Liberal MSM reporter (and Spin the story)” Challenge) is completely in the tank for Big Government Liberalism. The question then becomes: How best to get the Conservative (Tea-Party Fiscal restraint refrain) message to the masses?!?! I frankly contend that most Conservative message groups are going about it the Right way, but in all the wrong places.

You can watch any News program and the ads are abundant. The problem? Anyone watching the News is, at least, already “somewhat” paying attention to the 2012 Issues (same as 2008/2010 Election Issues (recap [with links])). “Crossroads GPS” (NoMoreBlankChecks.com) has a great worried Mother “Wake Up” ad that is splashed all across Fox news, but they are frankly (mostly) preaching to the choir, or at least (again) to those paying attention already. The trick, IMO, is reaching/influencing the masses that are NOT paying attention!

So where should the messages (at least in part) be shown? What about places like GSN (the Game Show Network), The Comedy Network (abutting The Daily Show and The Colbert Report, especially), TV Land, Disney, etc, are all perfect (IMO) in reaching the average person that can be reached/touched by that wonderfully developed worried Mother “Wake Up” ad! Other well designed ads would/should seek the broader Electorate audience to get across the the New “Contract” = the “Contrast for America” message(s)?!?! The Networks during all those “Talent” shows and/or Reality programs that so many uninformed folks watch.

The folks that ran the “Let Freedom Ring” ads (Videos can be easily found on YouTube also) had great messages that were not hard attack ads, but rather provided the same points in a manner that would not cause the average TV viewer from wanting to tune out/away from otherwise perceived blatant Political ads. The issue for Conservatives (Tea-Party groups included) is getting such well designed, somewhat subtle but still impactful, in front of people who don’t want their head to be unwedged from their hind-side!
