If You Don't Want to Read Hillary Campaign Book "Shattered," You Can Just Wait for the TV Movie

Hollywood just can’t quit Hillary Clinton – even if it means chronicling her disastrous loss to Donald Trump.

“Shattered,” the best-selling book by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, has been optioned by Tri-Star Television, according to the Hollywood Reporter. There is no network attached as yet, but sources told THR  that “premium cable networks like HBO, Showtime and Starz as well as streaming services like Netflix, Amazon and Hulu” could be approached by Tri-Star.

A writer hasn’t been named, but John Davis and John Fox’s SPT-based Davis Entertainment banner will produce Shattered, which “would aim to frame the story as a Greek tragedy and answer what happened that led to her defeat.”

They won’t have to look far to answer what happened that led to her defeat, even if liberal audiences might still be a little perplexed by it.

Sources haven’t said which characters would be featured. Which characters – and actors – do you think should be included? (You cannot include Alec Baldwin as Trump.)
