If you give them something that will enable them to do that, well, you just made their day easier and they're not going to be laying awake at night wondering if you really did it. I know there's a lot of idiots out there watching CSI every night and thinking that giving the pretty lady cop the DNA swab is what everybody does, but they're counting on you being an idiot. And, hey, I've known lots of cops and I have yet to see a lady cop come to work with her breasts hanging out, so don't think that's part of the package. The right answer is, Officer, am I under arrest? Officer, am I free to go? And if he says you're under arrest or not free to go, Officer, I'd like my attorney and we can talk when she gets here. And for all that, it's pretty obvious that Tiger's old lady was beating Hell out of him over the little bits of fluff he'd been picking up and he ran, sans sabot, while she was flailing on the Escalade with a 7 iron. He wrecked the car, she gave some thought to her pre-nups, and an amicable arrangement was made.
