At this point we know:

- Zubaidah gave up Khalid Mohammed before he was
waterboarded
- That Zubaidah was waterboarded months before the legal
justifications were written
- That the use of the acronym EIT in all 40 meeting summaries
means the summaries are reconstructed since EIT was not
used in 2002
- That there are undeniable errors in dates and the list of who
attended the briefings per Senator Graham
- That the office of the Vice President requested that a high ranking
Iraqi Baathist be waterboarded (not a terrorist and a person
that would not know anything about Al Qaeda plans)

We are now being told in new articles that:

- Porter Goss’ spokesperson would not affirm that Goss was
directly told any EIT had already been used in the 2002 meeting
with Pelosi.
- That Zubaidah’s CIA interrogator received repeated high level
approvals to use non-standard techniques based on a FOI
disclosure )remember this was before the memos were written)

If we keep pushing I don’t think this will turn out well.

GC: Not One (diary)….. relax, just messin’ with him… it is worth the read, but this Diary makes the point I’m trying to make in SEVERAL other ones….

CALL THEM OUT, FINE, BUT…. recognize when the good things come up and stand by them…. It makes the SLAPS upside their heads we deliver more of a surprise and hopefully awakening.
