I don't recall that he broke any records for the number of pieces of legislation he authored, and as far as liberal voting records, well... Why would we even consider putting someone like this in this position? I would really like to see someone in charge who knows the first thing about medical care - minimum requirement (in my opinion) - a M.D. or R.N.
